The Manager made my food and it tasted like the Taco Bell I know. She wasn’t sitting back in the office. The atmosphere was so inviting and the place was so clean and smelt so good, we ate in. I even order food to go, to share it with my mother. She says, yummie! I love Taco Bell.

Visited this location kind of late, around 9pm. I had my heart set on getting some of the Cinnabon Delights, but when I initially placed my order at the drive-thru I was told the fryer was “being cleaned” & they were unavailable. This was the 2nd time in a row that I had tried to order that menu item & wasn’t able to. I was super disappointed, so when I pulled around to the window I asked if there was a certain time of day that would be better to come & try to get them. The manager overheard me & told me that the fryer was finished being cleaned & had them make me some fresh immediately. Very pleasantly surprised by the great customer service by the manager, especially because usually it’s mediocre at best.

Doing a doordash and went inside to get order. Was told oh we forgot to lock the door. You’ll have to go thru drive-thru. Didn’t notice that the customer is staying in a motel and requested utensils. Pulled back around to request utensils and the woman supposedly couldn’t understand me so she had the man come to the speaker box. I was told to pull up to which I had to repeat myself and had the man cop an attitude. He did give me the utensils. He had no reason to cop the attitude. This happened around 9:15 pm on Thursday, July 6th.

What has happened to Taco Bell? I ordered 3 soft tacos, 3 Doritos locos tacos, and 1 cheesy gordita crunch and the total was $26! When I pulled up to the window, I asked the guy if I heard him correctly. He repeated my order and I told him to take off the 3 Doritos locos tacos. My total why from$26 to $14! Part of me wanted to cancel the whole thing but I was getting it for someone else. $12 for 3 tacos? $14 for 3 tacos and a gordita? I’d rather go to a sit down restaurant that serves Mexican and actually fill up on that price! It’s just friggin ridiculous!!

Taco Bell, in my opinion, has been on the decline (food quality) for a while. We decided to have lunch there because we were pressed for time. We each ordered a beef burrito, and they were filled with rice and cheese. There was little to no meat at all. The server was preparing my beverage, and someone scolded him for not filling my cup to the top with ice. If they are struggling to serve a decent portion with the prices they are charging, maybe it’s time to close. I definitely won’t be back.
