The Mexican pizza shells tasted as though they were fried in old oil or something. It was not edible and I ordered 2 of them and they both were disgusting after one bite. I didn’t get a receipt so I couldn’t even call the restaurant about the situation. The black beans I added to my nachos were old as well, and the soft shell tacos were disgusting. I spent 40.00 and I will never ever eat there again. Just disgusting!!!

I’m in complete shock over the horrible CS experience I just had at this location. It happens from time to time when you make a fairly large order in the drive thru and after you start driving away you realize something is missing…no big deal. I pulled my car around, parked and went inside to let them know I was missing the items. They pulled to the receipt to verify my order and I had paid for the missing items. Then I hear someone say, “l made those!”. I get asked to bring in the bag, so I did. After checking the bag, she looks to and smirks at me and says, “Sir, I made these items and I cannot make them again for you because I know they were given to you.” And I said,”No, they were not in the bag.”. She says,”Well I made them, so where are they?”. And I’m like,”I don’t know, maybe they are still back there or maybe you gave them to someone else, but we never got them.”. I get an eye roll and she turns away and says she’ll only give me two of the three items. I told the truth, we did not get our complete order, and it just amazes me that this person felt it was worth accusing a customer of lying, instead of just realizing that they probably made a mistake and gave part of the order to the wrong car. I’ll be calling Customer service Monday. I think it was the manager I was speaking with, which is twice as inexcusable.

The food was terrible. I got the mexican pizza that was basically cooked in old oil, which made it taste disgusting. The nacho fries were soggy and cold and the fruit punch tasted like medicine. That was the first and last time ordering there.

It’s Taco Bell. Every time you go you take a gamble if your order will be filled correctly. Food is pretty good, nothing special but it’s Taco Bell, so you probably already know what you’re getting into. Probably one of the better locations in Augusta.

Food was good and all but I paid $35 on DoorDash just to have someone put an extra tortilla on one of the plain soft tacos as if they were lazy to make the 5th one. Then I didn’t receive the extra black bean soft taco with extra cheese that I ordered. Nor did we get the 10 mild sauce I asked for which is unfortunate because I’m sure I would have gotten it if I went through the drive thru right? Everything should’ve been clear to read, especially if it shows up correct on the receipt. No one double checks orders anymore ??

Ordering thru the app is a joke. It’s like they don’t make it on purpose to prove a point that they don’t wanna sell or make online exclusive offers. Twice I got a long story on why my order took 15 minutes to make. One was because I selected drive thru and came in instead, and the first time they made my food and left it in the kitchen until I asked. Meanwhile everyone else’s orders are being placed on the mobile order rack.
