No one working the front counter, had to use the kiosk. The kiosks do not have a “print” option for receipts. Staff moves very, very slow. Lots of people left waiting in a tiny area. There is no sense of urgency in this business.

I’ve been going to this location for over 10 years, and it always wins out. My orders are never wrong, the prices are good, the tax is lower than if you’d go to Loganville or Covington (and that matters if you need to pinch pennies and just want a burrito in your tummy!). I had a pretty large order because I was buying for multiple people, and the lady preparing our food was mesmerizing to watch – she folded the wrappers and prepared food so carefully and QUICKLY. She was also very careful to give us fresh food, discarding the potatoes once she realized they were a bit stale. I recommend this location for anybody who needs a quick bite!

Great staff. Fresh food. The only Taco Bell I’ll go to! The ladies who work here are always sweet. Ignore the negative comments. It’s fast food, not a fancy restaurant. If you don’t like the drive through, go in to make sure your order is correct.

I was extremely extremely unhappy with the food I got the prices I paid and service I received I paid almost 60 dollars for 12 tacos 2 chicken ranch burritos and 2 new dipping tacos that’s it no drinks or anything there was hardly anything in the tacos and the burritos were not made with the extra stuff I paid for to be on them I wouldn’t recommend this Taco Bell to anyone and for the employees I did encounter if you don’t like your job find a new one

Never knew taco bell hired people that cannot read! Ordered a taco box and had no lettuce with extra beef and rice. Thats $1.90 extra per taco. I get order and its normal soft shell with lettuce and barely any meat. Worst taco bell I have been to!

Had an online order that I was going to submit to the Loganville location but they were out of lettuce, sour cream, and onion so I decided to send it to this location. I am beyond mad! After driving 10 mins home I open up this Crunchwrap, that I specifically ordered with double beef and double cheese, since Taco Bell decided to lower the portion size on this item. This is garbage, I got the same amount of meat and cheese as the “normal size” only the meat was spread thinner and the cheese was in one corner. Taco Bell you’re majorly losing what you used to represent, affordable Americanized Mexican food that you always crave just before bed.

I’ve been scared to eat at Taco Bell in Monroe for over a year cause the last two times I ate there I got sick to my stomach..Tonight it was the only thing that was opened so I chanced it..and I’m regretting it now..I couldn’t even it all the food cause it was cold and not all the way cooked..and my stomach is turning…I will continue to drive all the way to Loganvilles Taco Bell..I never have these type of problems when I go there
