What is the purpose of ordering your food online and you still have to wait for them prepare your food? And why do you have to stop at the ordering screen to tell them that you ordered your food online instead of just driving to the pickup window? This makes no sense at all. I do this in SC, go directly to pickup window and food is prepared and ready to go. And no attitude comes with me going directly to the pickup window.

Us and the family before us ordered our food at 9:30 we were told to leave the dining room because they close the dining room at 10pm !!!!!! If we can’t eat in the dining after 9:30, then close at 9:30

Sadly, this was the worst food I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell in many years. The crunchwrap was soggy and all the burritos/ tacos tasted funky. Most of us didn’t eat ours.
