Drive thru for a quick bite with a friend….quick service, hot food and budget friendly. Drive thru went faster than expected just after noon and that alone is a thumbs up from me….. especially when the order is correct and the food hot! Thanks TB staff!!

Dont know why this happens. I ordered something and when I arrive home I have something completely different. I understand help is scarce but at least pay attention to what you are doing. Those who complain they aren’t making a living wage at a fast food place, this is why.

ALWAYS out of Doritos Locos taco shells, but don’t tell customers prior to ordering. This is our third time coming here, ordering Doritos Locos, then being told they didn’t have any after having waited for our order to come out. Tables are always grungy, they don’t unlock the doors for customers, and they close the dining room down early whenever they feel like it.

It was only rated 3 stars so I wasn’t expecting much. Got one thing in my order wrong, but kindly corrected it without any questions or hassle. Great portion sizes and customer service! The girl with the pink cotton candy colored hair helped us.

Placed an online order for pick up in Drive Thru. Pulled up to the Drive Thru, waited three minutes, and finally someone on the loud speaker spoke and said that they were only taking Dine In orders at the moment. Went inside, saw only two employees working and waited 10 minutes for them to acknowledge me at the front counter. I was then told that the item I ordered was not available, and that it was Corporate’s fault for putting the item on the digital menu. When I asked if the items could be made without the new ingredient I was told that no replacement items could be made. The store told me to refund the order in the app. All in total I spent 25 minutes at this location and walked away with no food. Overall the worst experience I have ever had at Taco Bell.

Went in to cause I was pulling a trailer. Stood at the counter for 20 minutes while the employees walked back and forth and never acknowledging me even standing there. Some girl comes in and said use the keypad to order. Okay I ordered and didn’t want to give any personal information just wanted my receipt and couldn’t get one. After 35 minutes of waiting got my order and left. To open my order a few minutes later and it was wrong and I had no proof to prove it. Why can’t you put a option to print versus asking people for their personal information. I think I should be reimbursed for my 19.94 order that was wrong.

This is the most disgusting taco bell I’ve ever been in with the worst and nastiest employees. Oh and they’ll double charge you and you have to call corporate and report them to get your money back. You’re better off starving.

Super slow service. Three other cars and I were waiting on food in the drive thru after paying. The cashier was on his cell phone, and a manager was walking around checking off stuff on a clipboard. I guess customer service was not a box she needed to check. Sad how bad service is here and everywhere in 2023.
