I won’t be coming back. You can thank your manager Crystal for that. Every time I make a mobile order, I get parked. Cool, I’m use to it, 9/10 it’s just a power bowl which I don’t understand why I’m parked for an order made 10 minute ago but I tolerate it. But today, I had a bigger order. Got parked as usual, the wait was so long, I had to go inside and wait some more. For an order made online 20 minutes before arriving. It took 40 minutes to receive my order after arriving. I get home and my Mexican pizza which was wrong. So I come back again, I go through drive thru again and the Manager wants to girl at the window to park me. Which at first I originally refused because I’ve already waited 40 minutes last time, I just want my food. They said they’ll remake the Mexican pizza and so to be polite(being a former fast food manager) I park. I’m parked and another car that parked after me gets it’s good as drive thru cars continue to leave. Going inside, I’m informed I’ll have to wait because they are short staffed and the other managers just left. Why am I waiting for a remake when my food has been ordered and paid for now I’m a last priority. So I wait in my car again, and the girl in the window takes food to more cars. Eventually I go back to the window and then Crystal and another girl come to the window to ask me how my order was suppose to be, it’s been 25 minutes now on the second go at the facility for the day and you still haven’t made my remake. It then takes her over 5 minutes to remake my order while I hold up drive thru. Crystal didn’t apologize for the mistake nor the wait. She is incompetent, unqualified, and poor excuse of a manger, you don’t make the remake a last priority after they paid at this point. She was a rude a** b**** with her sloppy body a**. How you have an attitude for your mistake. I’m more then an unhappy customer and I don’t spend my money when I’m disrespected and mistreated.

If I could give it no starts I would. Customer service is terrible. Management was very rude before I could even explain my problem management dismissed me. I ordered 4 bean and rice burritos I received 1 bean and cheese and 3 bean and chipotle sauce overload. All tortillas were old and falling apart. One of the beef burritos looked as if a bite was taken out of the corner. The beef tacos were so disgusting and paper thin flattened and greasy. Cinnabon delights were old grease sponges absolutely the worst experience food wise and customer service wise period. I tried to speak to the store manager no luck but the shift manager was surely rude enough to where I decided no need to speak to the store manager at this point I will just leave a blatantly honest review. I was so shocked how rude the shift manger was, the only sunshine to this story is there was a nice guy working the window. He was so kind and tried so hard to make things right but unfortunately the food and the customer service after mine and his encounter together trumped any shred of positive feeling I have toward this experience. I could go on and on but what’s the point. Also heads up if you go late at night they will be out of whatever they feel like they don’t want to cook. Every single time. And they will be rude about it no matter how pleasant you try to be. I am a store manager of a restaurant so I understand how important customer service is as well as quality and consistency. The Google information said they stayed open until 2am. I got in to town late and was looking to get something to eat. Granted it was about 7 mins until 2am but the was a black car on the lot and the sign said open still so I pulled into the drive through. Once I was in position to place my order no one ever came on the intercom to take my order.

The staff is rude. You order, pay, and then you’re expected to pull around to the front of the restaurant to pick up your food. The explanation I got was, “You’re on a timer.” No, I’m not you are. To keep their times down at the window, they ask you to pull around. Stupidity at its finest.

There was no one at the counter when I was trying to pay for my order and it took them about maybe more than 20 minutes to finally take my order but even after that they took forever to make my food and I would see other people get their food early even though I ordered before them. Also there were small bugs close to the fountain drinks and it was really disgusting. Might not ever come back here

I have been to several of these and not one gave me the experience I had here. The gentleman at the window didn’t greet me or smile. Food was pretty good I asked what the difference was between the regular and spicy wrap was and he simply replied one is spicy the other isn’t. I ordered 2 Steak Chillupas they only gave me one saying that it is priced as two. They did this without even asking me if this was okay. I called and the response was they did that because their fryer is turned off. The other is supposed to be a 5 layer steak burrito.

Myself and two guys before me have been standing here 20 minutes waiting for our food. Meanwhile there is a managers meeting in the lobby with 7 people and they are just chatting. Terrible experience

If they had any kind of pride they should feel ashamed of themselves. Distracted cashier only got part of our order. Manager brought it out to us where we told her girl didn’t wait for our full order. She told us we’d have to go through to go again even though it was their fault and then walked off

I’ve been several times and ordered food. I normally do not post reviews, but this is getting a bit ridiculous. Over half the stuff is “out” or not sold anymore or I don’t get half my order. Check your bags before being “rushed through” drive through. It’s seemed to have gotten worse since moving to the new location….. Taco Bell isn’t the same …..

I’ve never seen a restaurant that absolutely couldn’t get it right. I’ve never been to this location and had the order right the first time. I don’t mean complex orders, I mean easy as it gets orders- they have NEVER- NOT ONCE- got it right.
