Drive through advertised to close at 12am. In line at 11:30 they told me they were waiting for system to come back up and it would take at least 30 minutes. Convenient that it would come up as soon as y’all would be closing. If they didn’t feel like working then they should have just closed the restaurant. The hire sorry employees to say the least.

Never open on time, ever. Went up there today said they open at 9 and the store is closed, went another day at night they have 20 mins left to close and they said they were closed. Also let me add employees are so rude and disrespectful when talking threw the speaker. And giving you your food. The worst taco bell ive been to.

Went to the Taco Bell tonight, the lady who took our order messed up the whole order and we had to go back to get the correct things we had order and said that they didn’t want to do it and gave us an attitude. Taco Bell staff and management y’all need to do better! Really poor customer service.

Used to stop here more frequently. However recently it’s gotten progressively worse. If you intend to go inside you will be ignored and told to use the kiosk. Then the mobile orders and drive through will be prioritized over dine in. And as for the staff and grounds…. well they have no problem having cursing arguments across the store and parking lot. My most recent visit had an employee storming in and out cursing and yelling about being told to go home and then yelling that the food they ordered (after 3 other people) wasn’t made fast enough.
