Not a fan of Taco Bell but this was the only place open after I got off work- i dont know if I was just that starving this is literally the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had in my life?? Most people share a similar sense of what to expect from a TB meal, & usually the food ends up being a bit disappointing, but the fries were straight off the fryer and honestly the best fries ive ever put in my mouth

I waited 45 minutes after arriving to pickup my online order. The lady asked me my name when I first arrived and said she would get my order ready. After 30 minutes I asked if my order was ready and no one knew anything about my order. After some searching on their end, I was told it was on the drive thru computer. Waited another 15 minutes after that for a simple order. Asked to speak with the manager, who was nowhere to be found. Finally she came up front and instead of taking responsibility, immediately started to try to make excuses as to why I had to wait 45 minutes for my online order. I will not be visiting ever again. I could have made a much better dinner in the time it took to pick up Taco Bell.

Awesome experience just now at this Taco Bell! I didn’t catch her name (I wish I had) but the girl at the register that took our order had long red & black hair & she was so nice! I wanted to thank her when we left but she had just gone on break. Anyway, our whole family enjoyed everything we had & it was great! Our past several Taco Bell trips have not been good at all (Stone Mountain, Atlanta, Sugarloaf Pkwy in Lawrenceville, etc) but this one was actually perfect! They had a full staff & everything we ordered was available. And it all started with her friendliness! Thank you so much for your super sweet disposition! We were very grateful for your kindness

Not too sure what goes on here but every time I use a card at this location my card seems to get its information stolen. Have had to get 3 new cards due to this happening. Last time I went I decided to use a visa gift card and guess what? After using it there, a day later all of my money on the card was all gone. I would strongly encourage you to not use any type of card at this location because every single time I’ve used one, my information has been stolen. This is unexceptional and the next time this happens I will be going to the police.

The staff was terrible, they moved slower than molasses. Every single one of them. They do not look like they appreciated their job one bit. Deserved to get fired if you ask me. Every item I ordered barely had anything on it. I regretted it soon as I placed my order. Every employee had air pods which is a safety hazard. You’ll be whipping up tacos with a huge fire breathing down your neck. I tried to communicate with employee but he couldn’t hear me because his music was too loud. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

I ordered the regular 12 soft tacos and this is the second time I’ve has this issue. The tacos SMELL really horrible! After eating them the smell continues to linger throughout the house, it is horrible!!! I don’t remember them smelling like this before!!!!

Stopped in this location to grab a late lunch after an already busy afternoon. It’s Taco Bell, fast food, nothing particularly special about it. The service was ok. Again, nothing special. And not even a thank you for your business, hope you enjoy it, or anything. Really? But lunch for 2 people was right at $28. Another really? The burrito’s were barley ok given that they are filled with nothing that can’t be piped thru a gun. There is very little in them that one can really bite into these days. Not lettuce, tomatoes, cheese or meat to really speak of but mostly fillers. And the chalupas were also just ok. A bit more substantial than the burrito but not by much. They are mostly bread with just enough filling in them to given one a false sense of satisfaction once eaten following the burrito in having had lunch. Within 2 hours that feeling of seity is gone. So let’s see, when you break it down, that’s $14/hr for that false feeling of being satisfied in my having had lunch. That’s certainly more than they pay for me to be served that feeling that I’ve had a decent lunch. This is slop. We stopped people from slopping hogs many years ago. So why to we allow these chains to now serve the same slop to people. Outrageous pricing for mediocre food at best. This was by far the worst lunch experience all the way around that I have experience in a long time. Shame on you taco bell. And shame on me if I allow myself to experience this lunch again. That I will not do.
