I ordered a box meal with gordita, taco and burrito asked for black beans instead of beef. THE KID WITH THE EARRING IN HIS EAR WHICH UNATTRACTIVE. HE DIDNT LISTEN AT ALL. I went to this Taco Bell today at 2:39 p.m. I was greeted upon entering like they weren’t happy I was there. There was no one waiting in line inside besides me and there was only 1 person in the drive-thru. One of the girls who was fixing orders finally came to the register to take my order. When my order was done the other girl making the food brought it to the counter and then walked away. The girl at the drive-thru seemed friendly enough. We left with our order, and when we arrived where we were going we gave everyone their food. We were only about 10 minutes away from the Taco Bell. Everything was prepared correctly, I just wish there was a way to tell burritos apart without opening the tortilla shell up to look at it. The Crunchy Taco shells were stale, they weren’t crunchy at all. I’ve had better service and food at this location when it was a KFC/Taco Bell.

Service has always been about as good as one person can do and is getting better. They have been short on help lately, but I think it’s picking up. Food is, almost always, just as I order it. The atmosphere gets 3/5 because of the recent remodel, upon the exit of KFC, has left it looking empty.

We ordered a dip taco box meal, 2 dipping tacos, and 2 regular tacos and did not receive our 2 regular tacos, but they certainly charged for them. There were at least 6 people working and still can’t get your order right. Taco Bell must be making a killing because no matter what taco bell you go to, you never receive all of what you order. It seems they just charge you and then give you what they want you to have. I can’t just go back and get my money back or my missing food. I am a truck driver.

The manager on duty ( don’t believe for a second she could be a manager) told me that I could dispute with my bank but she was not correcting my order. She started name calling and leading her team in doing so. One lady there was very helpful and finally gave me a refund. Nasty skanks work here.

I’m local to this location and it’s always something going on either they shut the drive thru down for no reason or have some lame excuse to try and deter you from ordering. It’s a shame when you work nights and this is the only so called 24 hr food place for miles and you can’t get service.

Customer service was horrible. Employees were more interested in their cell phones than the customers. Food isn’t that good, of course we are talking about Taco Bell. Because this facility is at a truck stop the prices are ridiculous. I will only stop here as a last resort.

Idk how long this taco bell has been back open, but I noticed a new billboard on I20 today, so I figured I’d look online at the hours. It said it is now open 24/7. Tonight, we decided to eat there. When we pulled up, it was immediate service, no wait in the line or slow workers, and we got our food in a timely manner. And the workers were friendly, the restaurant was well lit & clean, the food was HOT, FRESH & DELICIOUS! Everything was absolutely delicious, and I can’t wait to visit this location again!!
