Me and a friend went through the drive-through tonight and spent $16. The service was really nice and fun when we first ordered. BUT We pulled into a parking spot and were given a quesadilla, 1 of the 2 drinks, and nacho fries(not = to $16). We were distracted from talking, so we drove 5 minutes away and then realized the 2 cinnamon twist orders were not in the bag. We had no problem driving back. When we came back, the lady seemed less happy to serve us. Then we drove away distracted again (5 minutes) and realized we had forgotten the Mountain Dew freeze. I went back(3rd time), and the lady was now very annoyed to see me. She was very sarcastic and didn’t believe that she had forgotten something 3 times. She turned to the cook and said “yea now I forgot a drink…sure, ” and rolled her eyes as if I was lying. Then she gave the drink to me and said,”Why didn’t u tell me the first time?”

Our food was inedible and on top of that it was mid-day and the lobby was closed. The cashier through the drive thru was very rude and handed us a 70 dollar order in one bag. I will NEVER eat here again, and I can only hope you learn from my mistake!

I mean, it’s Taco Bell. It’s not great Mexican food. It’s American Mexican food. If only my order wasn’t wrong every single time that I go through the drive-thru and my food was labeled, or would be better. I mean, how am I supposed to look at a burrito and know which one it is if they’re wrapped exactly the same way not indicating which is which? LABEL the items! Please!

We got four Mexican pizzas and three drinks, two medium and one small… we only got one small and one medium drink and no straws. The woman at the window was polite and smiling… I like when you can enjoy the good attitude of our Community!

Visited the drive thru the other night. As always the staff were very friendly and helpful. Part of the order was incorrectly processed but they were excellent about fixing it quickly and making it right! However, the food itself was not very tasty this time around. Even more concerning was the appearance. It all looked like leftovers’ from someone elses’ meals, smaller portions, messy, greasy and quite unappetizing. These pictures are accurately portraying how our food looked, straight out of the bag. We have especially never seen the nacho cheese in that ridiculous of a state. It was literally less than half full. I believe this was the first time I ever had to actually eat a crunchy taco supreme with a fork. Thanks so much.

I would have Givin Taco Bell the number one all time rating of any fast food resurant ever up until a year ago. That’s when I found out that their pinto beans had been pretty cook and were reconstituted before being served. What goes into a bag of beans already cooked to preserve them ? Don’t think anything that does is good for you. So now if you eat vegetarian you get less than you could have been served had they’d been freshly cooked. Salt can kill you diet dehydrating you while pulling out the nutrients you had work to put in. I go to Del Taco where it appears they do their beans differently but maybe they use salt. Judge for yourself.

Service sucks! I stopped there last night & after 30mins my food was being made. I was watching them make the food bc I was intrigued by how fast they was going bc it was busy. The young man at the front looked at me & said “ here’s your food ma’am, you ain’t got to keep watching me”. The young man at the drive thru handed me my food & apologized for him talking to me that way. When asked for manager nothing was done, so I called the store & she answered. Only for her to be just as rude.
