Ridiculous! Service was terrible. Then I made a mistake of not checking my food before leaving. I ordered a meat and cheese taco meal for my child. And they barely put anything in the shells.

Oh Gosh I had a terrible experience. I went today on 7/12/23 at around 12:30 am. The young lady that works the window on night shift on that particular night was very rude. She needs classes on how to deal with the general public because her skills are not there. Even though I was picking up a door dash Order the customer service should still be top quality. As a person who used to work at taco bell my manager would not have allowed this to happen. I could have been corp and guess what yal would have failed your score due to poor customer service skills. I do not appreciate how I was treated on tonight. And if it was up to me I would never visit that Taco bell again

Food made wrong… manager asked employee what happen? He said he didn’t really know how to make it! I had to come in from the drive-thru to see the disgusting kitchen… I ask for a refund & was told I would have to email a district manager…. No refunds…. I still think of my $5.30 & how that will be my last cent spent at this location. Please hire someone that cares … Jamire or whatever the manager name is does not care or the employees. I added the given manager info… no replies … Sandy springs and Holcomb bridge are the only two still ran with dignity

The manager tonight was amazing. I wish I would have gotten his name. He was working his butt off filling orders & was kind & professional. We drove away complimentary the guy which says a lot in todays work force!

Peachtree Corners location offers NO discount for military veterans. Grilled chic is NO longer offered – only fried. Side items (coleslaw, mashed potatoes, green beans) has cross contamination, and is poorly stored with the lids improperly ajar.

Gave this a try after the rebuild- Taco Bell order smelled and tasted horrible and they made it so sloppy I almost lost my appetite. Sour cream on just one side and the tacos were broken. Basically- They don’t prepare the food as it should be or care to try to- and it shows. Even went to try try abs get it made “fresh”—Terrible food and experience.

I came at 2:15 on a Monday and the doors were all locked. An employee came out and said there were only two employees there, the chicken wasn’t ready, and no could cook for Taco Bell. I know 2 o’clock is a little past peak lunch hour, but not so long past, that there aren’t people who want a quick lunch or a snack. Seriously, staff the store.

One of the worst Taco Bell / KFC I have been too. Service horrible, food old and dry, bathroom disgusting with no soap or paper towels. (How are the employees washing their hands?) No napkins, 3 of 8 softdrinks out.
