I’m a taco bell fan, like to no extent, being a vegetarian I expect them to make my food as ordered. I specifically said no meat or beef in my tacos, but I got beef on my order, I am really disappointed. This will be last time I’ll be ordering taco bell at this location, and will take strict actions against all the employees.

Just finished eating my burrito supreme, which was more like a bean burrito. I wanted to take it back but they did not give me a receipt. I think that’s the reason they don’t give receipts. It was very small and unappetizing and I will not eat here again without thoroughly checking my order before I leave, and making sure that I have my receipt.

This is the WORST place to go. If you are hungry, don’t bother coming here. They are SLOOOOOOWWWW!!! FRUSTRATINGLY SLOW!! Worst Taco bell ever. They always mess up your food. Its to the point that you have unwrap your burrito to see if its even what you ordered. We ordered few burritos and each one of those did not have the stuff that those supposed to have. My burrito supposed to had beans and guac and veggies it did not have any of those and we find out when we get home. What a waste and I am really mad. Some fools working there.

I wish there was new management or staff or something because the food here is terrible all the time. I’ve come here three times and today will absolutely be my last. I’m writing this review as a fyi to others. The chalupas are always soggy and cold and just covered in old grease, the soft tacos are sad little things with barely any filling, and the taco shells are old – tastes like it was way past the expiration date!! I ordered the cheesy Gordita crunch and I could smell and taste the stale old taco shell that was in-between the tortilla. This Taco Bell is just sad.

Don’t come here unless you want to wait 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich with only one person in line ahead of you. The fries tasted like they were made last night and the chicken sandwich wasn’t a fillet, but 2 strips comparable to frozen microwaved fingers. Don’t waste your time or money here it’s not fast and it’s not good either.

Manager was very rude, would not fix my order. The employees who tried their best were trying to fix the order but kept messing up due to the manager being unable to listen. The manager would not even come to the front counter so she would not have to talk to the few customers who had complaints about their food. And apparently they don’t do refunds, when I was asking an employee to just give me my money back they said the store doesn’t do that.

Absolute worst experience. Was charged $1 for a coupon book that I didn’t ask for or receive. When I asked for my $1 back I was told that “It just rings up like that.”. After refusing to accept that response I was given the coupon book. Again that I didn’t ask for. I handed the coupon book back and requested my $1 back. After several requests I was finally given my $1. I asked for sauce packets and was told they are $1 each. I requested a refund for my entire order and was told “we don’t do refunds”. I will never return to this location and “Paul “ or whatever his name is that works the window has the absolute worst customer service.

This has to be the absolute worst KFC/Taco Bell I’ve ever visited. It’s messy, the food is greasy or soggy, or both. The employees don’t care. I’ve eaten here many times, as it’s near my house. But the last 3 or 4 visits have been awful. Most recently at the dinner hour. It was empty, but looked awful, as usual. I won’t go back.
