Fair. I mean, what can I say. The staff is surly and doesn’t want to be there. Never any type of professionalism in this store, at least when I’m there. The food portions are sparse, almost like it’s their food and they’re not willing to part with any of it. I hate going to this Taco Bell and will go elsewhere when possible.

Best taco bell experience of my life. Everything was fresh and the lady at the window actually asked me what kind of sauce I wanted. Instead of me having to knock on the window and be made to feel like an inconvenience. I’m from Kentucky but I’m coming back for this.

If you wanna drop $30 on fast food and not get your order, this is the place to go.i swear to God this place has made some of the best crunch wraps I’ve ever had but every other order I literally don’t even get rhe food I ordered. The line is always long, the service is always slow, and fast food just isn’t affordable anymore.

I just pulled up at the drive through and was told I had to place an order in the app. That didn’t make sense to me, but there was no one behind me, so I just sat there and did it. When I was done, I rolled up to the window and showed them the screen that said “check in at the drive through”. THEN they told me it would take 10-15 minutes to show up in their system. When I told them I was frustrated and that they should have said that from the beginning, they said that you’re not supposed to place app orders in the drive through, you’re supposed to do it on the way to the location. How would I know that if you’ve just told me at the drive through that I have to do it in the app?? They got irritated with me, yelled that I should have done this or that, and threw their hands in the air. I told them I didn’t mind waiting I just wish I had known before ordering. Once I pulled away to wait for them to make it, I decided to cancel the order because I didn’t trust them with my food once they were mad at me.

I literally drove across the street to my office, the crunchy tacos were completely wet and soft on the bottom. Contents falling out as we picked up the taco. Also Nacho Bellgrande made with all broken pieces. Glad you gave me a spark. Ridiculous. There was no rush myself and 2 cars in the drive thru, No one inside. Guess I know why now. Very disappointing lunch.

Don’t do drive through in the rain — there is no canopy where you order, so you/your car just gets wet. Complicating this, it’s a KFC/Taco Bell… So combos for each share numbers (for clarity, please re-add a “K” and “T” to these combos on the menu). All our tacos were about .25″ thick with a scant amount of meat and broken spines.
