avoid this location at all costs. I’m not sure what’s going on with this Taco Bell. They’re constantly out of food, on multiple occasions I’ve been told they are out of all Pepsi products or just completely out of breakfast. The staff has always been pretty nice to me but they definitely seem to work really inconsistent hours. I don’t know who owns or manages this Taco Bell but clearly they are screwing up big-time or just completely forgot that they own Taco Bell.

This spot ALWAYS SUCKS. The food is always cold or the order is wrong. They always have the rudest staff. I asked for hot fries and they gave me cold fries. When I asked why, they just stared at me. The manager Shay is the worst. She and her workers stood inside mocking and laughing at me wanting hot food. She didn’t ask to fix anything instead just said, fine I’ll give you your money back. 2nd time dealing with those ladies. They’re there on the weekends. Horrible. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This location I feel like is always struggling. I’ve ordered from here several times and now will go out of my way just to avoid this location. They are slow. Food never comes out right, always have missing items in bag, if trying to order delivery will always be wrong, missing food, or will just get canceled all together for no reason.

Gave me the complete wrong order, went back got attitude from the workers about the order after explaining, they gave me the wrong order once again and gave me a bunch of random items to replace it. horrible customer service. it’s not hard to be polite and work efficiently. it’s taco bell not rocket science. I didn’t even get any food. There was me at the speaker and one car at the window. Woman asked me to wait a min. 5 min later and no one ate the window I said hello. Woman said “I told you to wait a min!” I drove off! 5 min is not a min. I know they are short staffed but the customer service at this location is pitiful. My husband and I have been going to this location since we were kids. We will never visit this location again! Every time we go the customer service is awful and the wait time is unbelievable!

Decided to try this Taco Bell again to see if anything had change from the last time and it is much worse. If I could leave a negative 5 star review I would. They staff are by far the rudest I have ever encountered, you get rushed to order, you get interrupted in the middle of your order, they are extremely rude, so rude I just told them to cancel the order, I mean if you seriously don’t like your job then quit. This is the second review I am leaving and I have seen more negative reviews since then, does GM not care? Does the owner not care? She had an attitude when I told her to just cancel the order. Drive thru lady was super rude.. forgot one of my items so I stayed at the window and she looked at me and said “yess” with an attitude.. I got the item I was missing and she handed it to me I said thank you. She didn’t respond. I guess the lady behind me ordered a water with her food and the worker literally yelled at her through the mic n said “I heard u I don’t have to ring you up for a water” and she didn’t even ring me up for everything I ordered so some stuff was missing.. but I gave up and took what I could at that point

Genuinely feel like the workers are TRYING to get this place closed down. Why has the drive thru been closed for the last week? And when it was open they’d regularly make you pull back to reset their timer so they could take forever to make the food, that’s if they even answered when you pull up. Understaffing isn’t the issue here, this location just stands there.

TERRIBLE!! Avoid this location at all costs. I can’t even comment on the customer service. There is none. Employees always standing at the front of the store. I saw an employee in their car with their headset on but a long drive thru line at a total standstill. Taco Bell Corporate, you’re going to need to intervene or this location is done.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Trust me, I get it, it’s a fast restaurant. Service will not be great and food will always be bar minimum. But this spot always fails. Thier stock is always out on most everything. Workers could care less and will ALWAYS get the order wrong. Wait times gotta be the longest of any other. If you are in the area hit literally anywhere else.
