I never ever ever write bad reviews. I may fill out a feedback survey but that’s it. Months ago, when they gave me lettuce with ice in it twice, I said I would never come to this location again. However, today I was really hungry and it was on my commute so against by better judgement and gave them another chance. Why did I wait 40 minutes for a $4 order only for it not to be correct? I truly wish I knew and no one gave me a receipt either.

A one of a kind experience! If you love Taco Bell and think to yourself, “I’d like it with a twist” well this is the place to visit! This is like nothing else you’ve ever tried in the Taco Bell space. I’m talking food that is so clearly burnt you’ll wonder how they ever put it in the bag! Make sure you try the crunch wrap supreme, they make it char-black on the outside which allows the inside to morph into something that hits the palate like scorched acorns.

Worst Taco Bell location ever had! Didn’t see the average reviews until too late. Had 3 deluxe boxes and a burrito. The entire order was wrong. Wish I had the receipt to contest it but none was given at the drive through window. The staff probably thought let’s just give them 2 chalupas, 1 Crunchwrap, and the rest crunchy tacos; they wouldn’t know the difference if we gave the order in a bag. Of course we had to pull forward and wait to protect their stupid drive through kpi number. Wouldn’t want to go to this location ever again. Especially since the staff couldn’t be bothered to check their orders. Don’t know if the franchise owner just picked the first people off the street that applied.

Worst Taco Bell ever. Always takes forever and is hardly ever right. The food is all slapped together and never tastes as good as other Taco Bell’s. The only reason I’ve come back is because it’s the closest one and regret it every time. Do better or just shut it down.

This is the WORST place. Service is ALWAYS slow. Order is ALWAYS wrong. Always understaffed . Whoever runs this location needs their franchise revoked. Sometimes nobody answers the drive thru. Always out of something basic. Tired of y’all. I’ll drive down to the new one by the bowling alley from now on. Didn’t get a receipt either.

We had the choice of either this or Chick-fil-A for lunch…we should have done Chick-Fil-A. The entire experience here was absolutely awful! The employees seemed angry and nasty through the ordering process, and then the food itself was even nastier. Since it’s a KFC/Taco Bell combo I got the tenders and my spouse got the bean burrito and we both got the cinnabon rolls. Every thing felt and tasted stale and disgusting. The biscuits were as hard as a rock, the tenders tasted like there was a expired aftertaste, the burrito was absolutely smashed around and disgusting, and the cinnabons were DRENCHED with grease that we could tell has not been replaced in a long time. We both tried one and both not only spat them back out from the stale greasy taste but I also actually puked from how bad it was. I would recommend AVOIDING at all costs and find these establishments separately as there’s a really good KFC nearby with the big chicken and a good taco bell in the same area. If you see this one near the staples, DO NOT EAT HERE! You will absolutely regret it.

I never expected a Taco Bell to have good service, but this one did. The staff are always so nice when I come. Especially tonight. They all had such good energy and provided great service. My food was really good and they got it ready super quick!

Avoid at all costs. Ordered a beef burrito supreme, all I got was a tortilla with a looks like they rubbed some baked beans on, no beef and very little anything else. All I tasted was tortilla. Also ordered two piece chicken meal, they forgot the side. Never will go there again.

So not only did I get a 10 min wait and the crew just walked around with a woman screaming kids in the dining area I did not get all I paid for they really need to replace the entire staff or shut the place down I ordered two soft tacos and two cheesy roll ups only got two tacos and it’s not even right ones
