Ordered in the drivethru, my order was a little complicated, but nothing too crazy. I was the only car in the drive thru. I get to the window and pay, nothing out of the ordinary. They hand me the bag pretty quickly, and I asked, “just making sure, everything is in the bag?” To which I was assured, yes everything is there. I get home and realized they had forgotten an entire chalupa box, so I called them. I was hung up on the first time I called, rings then sounds like it answered, then just hung up. I called again, got an answer, told them they forgot, they said to just come up to the store and they would fix it. Nothing wrong with that. I drive to the store, go inside and to the counter, the older lady that was up front said nothing to me. Took my receipt and told the girls working in the kitchen that they forgot my food ( which technically she forgot because she was the one bagging my order and handing it to me but whatever) then again, without a single word places my box on the counter and walks away.

Stood at counter for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me then when asked can I place an order I was rudely told no use kiosk then walked away. I walked out. I want to note that I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes before deciding to go in. Wasted 15 minutes of my 30in break

My husband went up there to get our online order of the spicy nacho fries with no sour cream. It’s just fries, steak, spicy verde sauce, and nacho cheese. They put sour cream on everything so he had them remake it. Comes home and they didn’t put cheese on them and they added tomatoes. We’ve always had issues at this location. I’d rather drive to Dawsonville than waste money here.

We, the hubby and I, were met at the door by the Manager on Duty they had really closed the indoor dining due to staff shortages however she was kind enough to let us in. She instructed us to use the kiosk to order and we had zero problems. Food was delicious, staff was attentive if we needed anything, and a quiet date with my hunny was wonderful! More staff showed up while we were there and we thanked them for coming to work. Great Date afternoon*****

Screwed up our food the first time, put sour cream on everything. Had it remade, and they messed it up even worse the second time and put no cheese, no sour cream, and tomatos on my food. How hard is it to read an order ticket? I asked for extra cheese and no sour cream. Doors are locked so you gotta get back in line each time they screw up. Do not recommend this location, it’s a disaster every time.

Read the other reviews and you’ll see a very clear pattern. Drive thru takes 20 minutes to move 4 cars, lobby doors are always locked, employees are tweakers who have zero sense of responsibility or any customer service skills. With so few fast food options in the area it’s a shame we have to continue tolerating this poor excuse for a restaurant.

My Mexican pizza was cooked with rancid oil. I couldn’t eat it. The small portion I did eat had a rancid taste, so disappointed with this Taco Bell I eat here once a week. I love what ordered but cooked with rancid oil tasted disgusting. This location will not respond or offer any refund. Fast food made by teenagers is a lot to be desired THEY don’t care!! Thanks Taco Belle for a horrible meal tonight !

Literally two of the employees sat there and looked at me I had to say something for them to give me the order. I had already been waiting behind another vehicle for 15 minutes. I asked the customer in front of me if they had even been helped yet and they said no. I’ve ran a store for 8 years and that was unacceptable. Do better or train better becuase that wasn’t it.

If you’re looking for a place with absolutely zero consistency in their business hours, then look no further! If you do happen to find yourself able to make it past the drive-thru speaker box, since you still can’t even walk through the front door in this lawless post-2020 dystopian nightmare, you’ll enjoy the view of anywhere between 2-4 teenagers watching one adult do literally EVERYTHING. This is may be the lowest rung on the Taco Bell ladder, not like the bar was set super high, but still. Get it together.
