The worst customer service I have ever received. I stopped at taco bell because my car was overheating and my air was not working. My temp gage inside my car was reading 115 degrees. To make things worse i had my 14 year old dog with me…….my dog and I desperately needed ice water for ourselves and for my car.. I did not have a dollar to my name and went Inside with tears running down my face and told the cashier what was going on and asked her how much a small cup of ice water will be and she told me $2.80. I proceeded to tell her I didn’t have a dollar to my name and she showed me no remorse and made me leave the establishment. She watched me sit outside and struggle to keep my dog and I cool by fanning us with a magazine which was no help at all really. Finally an elderly gentlemen approached us and purchased us a ice water and got me the help I needed to be on my way. I probably would have ended up in the emergency room if it was not for him. I will never go to this restaurant again and I will tell everyone I can about this because it was wrong. A small ice water is normally free at most restaurants ……NOT AT TACO BELL!!!! WOW!!!!!!! SMH!!!!!!

I stopped here to order a breakfast meal through the drive thru. I waited a few minutes before saying “hello” no one responded. I waited a few more minutes before driving forward as I looked led inside there were 3 employees at the front just talking. This is sad and ridiculous at the fact the employees came to work today and decided that they didn’t want to work today.

I just got.the WORST case of food poisoning ever! I’m a vegetarian and have never had a problem getting the veggie alternatives from Taco Bell. This was the absolute worst experience ever. I have been sick for 3 days, just regaining control. Terrible and I will NEVER be back.

I was completely appalled at the rudeness received from the staff. They were very unprofessional and just ghetto. I watched the employees work in the food station reach into his pocket and get money to give to someone he referred to as cousin sitting in the lobby area for a store run. Then he went right back to handling people’s food with the same gloves. There was no forks to eat with. The staff didn’t have an ounce of customer service to give. I threw out my food because I just didn’t trust it was safe to eat.

The food was ok but the service was terrible, the lady had an attitude which was completely unnecessary and tried to rush our order. I can assume this isn’t a new issue giving the other reviews on this place, I won’t be coming back here. I do not recommend this place at all so please don’t waste your time.

I went to the location on Farrington rd and everything I ordered was incorrect. My cheesy 5 layer burrito had no “cheese”and sour cream, the loaded taco fries had no nacho cheese, I asked for “extra” sour cream on those and I got none at all! My soft taco supreme had NO lettuce and tomatoes! My whole order was trash! I wasted my money cause either they need to retrain their employees or fire them cause they done care about good customer service. I even asked the girl at the drive-thru did they add the extra sour cream, she said yes everything is there. Laughable this is my last time going there, cause it’s not the first time my order has been incorrect. How difficult is it to read the screen! Then I call Establishment so I could speak to a manager and the automated system said they couldn’t get to the phone… what a joke!!!

Location was out of black beans which is understandable, supply chain issues and what not but the first grilled cheese burrito I received was literally burnt to a crisp. They replaced it, the second one had a haphazard spread of sour cream throughout.

Service was horrible, took 10 minutes to place my order once it was taken it took my 45 minutes to receive it once I got it the food was hard. They do they drive thru orders quicker then the people inside the service is horrible and the employees need more training. I wish I could give them no stars that’s how horrible the service was

I’ve tried this location several times,hoping for a better experience than the last and it’s always the same, unenthusiastic workers and either their not taking cash or they need correct change,I’ve never gotten crunchy hard tacos here,their always soft like they’ve been sitting under a warmer and the burritos are never prepared correctly plus their always out of something,I’m done with this particular Taco bell
