I stopped in to grab something to eat on my way home. I purchased a chicken XXL Burrito, which is nearly $8 at Taco Bell of all places, and a 7 layer burrito. Easy. It took just about 20 minutes. In that time, I received someone else’s order and my order came out incorrect. Twice!!

Just left this Taco Bell about 10 mins ago. and I ordered a Mexican pizza the pizza had nothing on top but cheese cause the tomatoes where in a corner of the box as if it had been tossed around. It was cold and soggy which means it had been made while ago. I try calling and the ph just rang.. I will be returning so I can get something cause that’s unacceptable…

First of all the service SUCKED!! I was there at least 10 minutes to get 2 $5.00 loaded nacho box and another 5 minutes to get my receipt which I should have gotten when I completed my order. I keep track of my expenses so I often get my receipt. The cashier person I guess she was wasn’t at all friendly it was hard to tell who the manager was if he or she was even there. While I was waiting for my order and my receipt the cashier person who I suspect was the manager was fixing food with her long manicured nails and NO GLOVES ON!! I assume that they may have been short staffed. IF that was the case a staff member should have mentioned that. It may have made the long wait time a little more understandable. If I was a secret shopper they would have failed!

Theyre terribly helpful. I waited 20 minutes in a line of two while the employees explained literally every menu item to a nice lady who seemed very confused. She got her order and was still very confused about what a “taco” was, so they just gave me her taco in my Cravings Box. Not too shabby.

Slowest service I have ever seen at a”fast food” restaurant. The first time I went they were slow and I thought it was just because they were busy. I went again today and they pretty much had zero customers and it still took almost 20 min from the time I ordered to get my food. That’s not even including the 3 min it took for them to acknowledge I was at the drive thru. You’ll save more time driving to another Taco Bell than ordering at this one.

The food and the value are fine. However, the service is sadly lacking. There were only two people in front of us, at the inside counter, yet it took close to 10 minutes before our order was taken. Once we gave our order, it took nearly 20 minutes to get our food. There were no special requests. We ordered the advertised special with no changes. They took the “fast” out of fast food!

Honestly the service is horrible here. We waited 20 minutes, watching them play around, talking to each other, and curse at each other before our order was taken. The cook had a glove on one hand fixing food and his cell phone in the other talking on it. They were arguing over who was going to do the drive thru, and the cashier that was leaving was making her food picking over the food. Stay away

These people don’t care. They run out of their staple items and act like it’s your problem. And then they like to close up to an hour and a half early. When I went an hour before close, they had already locked the building and were outside smoking. They didnt even make the attempt to tell me it was closed, they just watched me drive up and ignored me. That’s some awesome customer service

My son went in to order. It was one person ahead of him. After the male employee argued with that person (about 5 minutes) he then took myb sons order. After waiting 15 minutes for his order, the male employee called his order number and tossed his bag on the counter before walking away. My son is very well mannered and just took his order and walk out. I will be reporting this busy
