Poor service, slow. My complaint carries 2 issues. The food prep was bad. I ordered 4 hard shell tacos. All of the bottoms were stuck to the wrapping paper to the degree that when you tried to pick up the taco, the entire bottom fell apart. 3 times over the next 2 weeks, I ordered tacos with the same result, stuck to the paper, and crumbled when you picked it up. Thus, 2 issues, bad food, bad preparation. Add to that bad service. My advice is to keep driving south on Salem to Brown Bridge Rd and stop at the Taco Bell there.

Can someone help me understand what the hell is this? Placed an online order at 10:37PM which is well before 1AM closing time, to receive non satisfactory service and food. My order was incorrect. Ordered a beef toasted cheddar chalupa box to receive a chicken chalupa, the 5 layer beefy burrito was nothing but the flour tortilla which didn’t come with the extra beef I paid for, the crunchy taco pic speaks for itself, the lemonade strawberry squeeze drink I ordered was not available, and they only could offer me hot or fire sauce. Needless to say this particular location sucks. If you’re in the area, do yourself a huge favor by not wasting your money here…keep driving. I’m so thoroughly disappointed for the amount of money I spent last night. Ooooh let me rewind just a bit…10 minutes before receiving my online order, I was told there were no online orders in their system (keep in my the time I ordered), but my card was charged. I was in line at the drive-thru and reached order speaker by 11:10ish. I’m sure you can imagine how things went from there. Then they didn’t give me a receipt.

“Hi! I’d like to get a #1 with no sour cream,” has been a challenging order for this location 3x over the course of a year. In addition to getting the order wrong twice today (I went inside for them to fix it) I also got food poisoning. I wasn’t rude so I’d hope it wasn’t intentional. Who knows. Never again.

I only give the 3 stars, because it depends on who is working. It is either a 5 star experience or more like a 2. Employees should stay off their phones and stop gossiping. But the 5 star experience IS awesome!

Literally waited in line for my lunch break and no one ever came. I stayed about 20 mins it was 2pm. I had a mobile ordering, I’m hoping I’ll get it refunded because this was absolutely ridiculous.

Food was good and fast. Had to order from the kiosk as no one was taking orders at the register. To he place was clean and cold. Most people use the drive through. Automation going too far…most people did not like the kiosk at all.

I’m not sure what’s going on in this area but this is the third day in a row we tried to eat in the lobby but it’s closed. On top of that the drive through takes one order, makes it, hands it out, and only then do they start taking another order. Most lunch breaks are only thirty minutes and this Taco Bell does not provide the FAST food service needed to qualify as a lunch location. Very disappointing
