This Taco Bell is the absolute worst of the worst! Left off most of my order and the slop that I received was barely put together with half of the ingredients each item would typically have. The lettuce on our soft tacos was literally rotten!! I will not give this over priced and poorly run establishment my business. Time to hire some competent staff!

Went through the drive thru tonight around 11pm. It took 20 minutes to get through with only 2 cars ahead of me. I was given half filled nacho fries that included a big, ice cold chunk of steak, and a “beefy melt burrito” that was visibly underfilled, cold, and 3/4 of which was nothing but rice and sour cream. To add insult to injury, they neither gave nor offered a receipt, which I stupidly didn’t realize until I found myself in need of a refund. This isn’t even close to my first issue at this location, just the one that finally inspired me to write a review.

We sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes and ordered 5 Crunchy Taco Supremes only to be disappointed by 5 regular Crunchy Tacos… not only were they the wrong item (we were charged for the Supremes) the shells were completely stale. Considering how busy this location is it’s very odd that the shells wouldn’t be fresh. We need a full refund.

Check your order in the drive thru every time. I got home with a $30 order and almost every item was wrong. Calling the store yielded no results. Asked for chicken, received burnt steak in my quesadilla. Burrito had 3 tortillas and yet no beans? One of my tacos was opened FACEDOWN in the bag. Get it together.

Food is good and at good price. Few vegetarian options. But App is finicky and sometimes givea wrong information like No time slots available to order online and pickup in drive thru or in-store. The drive thru menu does not list all menu item combo choices available in online app, causing more confusion.

New : Well, after hearing from a friend about a potential management change that had happened here, went back today. The food and service have both improved indeed. The folks on shift had a real sincerity about getting the order right. Will go back again and check after a few days.
