I love Taco Bell !!! One of my favorite Fast Food in North Augusta!! The service at the drive thru is good . It depends on who’s working the window . The guy that normally works the drive thru is super friendly . The food is good too compare to some of the other place around .

I gave into the hype and tried the wings. They were good, but tasted more like Chinese flavor then a “queso seasoning” they advertised. Maybe they should double up on the queso part. On top of that they advertise with 4oz ramekins practically dripping with spicy ranch and then I get a 1/3rd full 2oz with my order and they take a minute to try to charge me 77¢ for an extra. I’m glad I said no cause it wasn’t spicy and tasted like butt. They did throw in some taco sauce tho so it’s kinda like an Asian place order but you get taco sauce instead of duck.

After 11pm the drive-thru is packed with cars. The food was hot and fresh, their steak quesadilla has gotten a bit smaller but still tasty. Even though the girl at the window was super busy, she was pleasant and told me to have a good evening. That’s always nice to hear !

Awful service we randomly decided to dine in and I stood here for 10 minutes waiting on them to correct my order. I had a steak cheesy Gordita crunch with a supreme taco. No tomatoes on the taco and they added beef to the Gordita. The nice lady that took my order rung it up correctly the gentlemen in the picture just made it wrong and ignored me at the counter as they tried to wait on her to return to correct their mistake. The 1star is for her great service if it wasn’t for her I’d give 0stars.

Another lady and I were waiting for our order and I looked at my receipt, it had been 12 minutes! There was nobody else waiting and it was at least 5 more minutes before we got our food!

Consistently fast, and takes custom orders. Only Chick-fil-A compares service wise, Burger King and McDonald’s needs to watch out…..
