I should have ready the reviews before going to this Taco Bell. Drive through Staff was not friendly, gave me my food and I had to ask for the drink I ordered. Steak Quesadilla barely had steak in it and was loaded down with the sauce, which oozed out, with the shredded cheese inside not even melted. I do not think I will be giving this location any more of my business.

If I could give 0 stars I would have, this location has the rudest manager! I went last night and wasn’t given my credit card back. Today I wake up to an extra charge so I called the store. The manager said they had the card, so I went to pick it up. I get there and he tells me it’s my fault I left my card and he’s not responsible! He asked me what am I supposed to do, stand beside them when they’re ringing people up. I said no you need to train your employees how to do their job. But clearly someone needs to train him how to do his!! Please do not waste your time or money at this location!!

The 2 ladies at drive through gave excellent service and were very efficient understanding my complex order. I order taco bell about once a week cross country traveling. The person taking the order no meat, no cheese, so sour cream on all my items usually struggle. These ladies did fantastic! And the kitchen followed up making the food properly. I received napkins which was great as they are often forgotten.

I waited an hour and ten minutes for them to fill half of our order. My husband got a full meal, but I, who was hungry and paid for everything only got a side of nacho fries. Although I ordered a quesadilla, two orders of nachos and a Crunchwrap. So thank god he got his and I’ll just scrounge the kitchen for something to eat…

Every time I come to this location it’s a constant disappointment! I have to wait at least 10 minutes just to even order and every single time they mess something up. I ordered a steak quesadilla and received two pieces of steak. Please save your money and don’t go here. If I could give 0 stars I would

I’ve never had a good experience at this location. My food is always late, wrong, or I just don’t get it. Delivery is not an option and half the time the drive thru isn’t either. Dont bother ordering online they’ll just cancel it for you.

Horrible service from some of the employees. I made a mobile pickup order and came into the store to get my food. The order however didn’t appear on their register so they hadn’t started making my order. I showed them my order was made to the right location and that my payment was taken however they ignored me and continued making other orders while I waited at the counter to talk to someone about my order. Eventually after 10 minutes of being ignored someone helped me with my order while another began to make it. When I got my order it was in a torn up bag and I had to request another as the one who had made my order didn’t care enough to check. The order itself didn’t have any cheese.
