Everything was amazing. I ordered the black bean crunch wrap supreme, black bean chalupa supreme with a order of nacho fries. Everything came out hot and was exactly the way I ordered it.

Food was excellent but I sat in the restaurant for 15 mins waiting on my food. They were more worried about the drive through then the dinning part. Had to place my own order and then still wait for someone I could pay.

Multiple visits because I want to like it. It’s hit or miss. Seems to be more of a miss these days. One visit took an hour to get two tacos. Thought I’d beat their system and order online before I get there. Instead of having my food on the mobile order stand like others… they decided to set mine in the back and refuse to wait on me until I stood at the counter for 30 mins. Cold tacos for me. I guess from the time perspective, they are getting quicker. I’m afraid this one location is ruining Taco Bell for me all together.

Expected more as this Taco Bell was newly renovated. I’m old fashion and do not want to order off a screen but had no choice as no one was at the counter.l, which meant no one greeted us. After ordering, we sat down, waited about 10 minutes, finally went up to the counter to wave down someone in the back so we could at least get our cups for drinks. Had to dump out my drink, root beer, because it had very little syrup and was awful . Decided to just get water but was told they were out of ice, so had warm water. After about another 10 minutes the food finally came out. I ordered the chicken quesadilla. Took one bite, spit it out because it was cold. The cheese was not melted, still shreds!! Will not go back, do not recommend.

Absolutely terrible since they re-opened. We were patient & re-stated our order several times because it wasn’t right on the screen. We then proceed to wait 25 mins in line to get our food. We get to the window & I ask to make sure the order is correct, and its still wrong. I try to explain to the manager that it’s still not right and she gets an attitude with me. We just decided to leave because it wasn’t right & they upcharged us on the order. Do better!

It’s been a while since we visited Taco Bell. The food was good. There were a few items that weren’t correct that we ordered. Food was warm and fast service.

The worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Service couldn’t be slower and less helpful. It’s all kiosks and employees are always in the back and when they do help they lack proper service skills. I also Doordash and the amount of wasted time is shocking. Food is always good but almost never worth the time at this location

Service is extremely slow. They have a two vehicle drive thru and it has not been open since they reopened. There are customers that have been waiting for well over 10 mins. While waiting I over heard customers complaining about missing items and having to ask for their drinks. The employee calling orders that are ready isn’t even projecting her voice enough to over power the ambient noise. The tables are filthy and the inside was busy.

The guy taking drive thru orders needs to find some other work. Has an attention span of 5 seconds. Took 35 minutes to get four cars thru. Thought the car in front of me was messed up as I listened to her order. Then when my turn I understood as the guy asked me four times what i wanted: a crunchy taco supreme, soft taco supreme, and a chipotle grilled chicken burrito.
