It was the smallest serving of nachos bell grande I have seen. My friend had to go back and ask for more cheese on their fiesta potatoes. The food was good but they definitely skimped on servings. The restaurant was clean and staff was friendly.

When I order here, it’s usually a huge order. The workers here always get my order correct. Food is as expected. No frills. You get what u get. I like the accuracy, and with the extra help, they’re fast now. I appreciate that.

The Taco Bell in Pickens is pathetic. The workers struggle to keep the line moving, and when you pull up to order, they give you a list of what they’re out of, including beef! Seriously? I waited in line, in the hot sun a couple of days ago, for at least 30 minutes. There was literally 4 cars in front of me…not alot. When I get to the window, the worker is frustrated ( probably because they simply can’t keep up ) I had to repeat my order to this worker, at least 5 times, then she has the nerve to tell me not to get mad at her, to get out of line and come in the lobby, that she was the manager. I had a word or two for this SO CALLED MANAGER, then pulled around and parked, then went in to the lobby. One of the workers told another worker to come talk to me. I wasn’t there for the food, and told her I didn’t want to talk to anybody, that I wanted the owners number. One of the workers pointed to the door that had a number on it. They were suddenly MUTE! Do you think that anyone, OWNER, bothers to answer said phone number? Of course not. Not ever!!! I wish I could give this struggling Taco Bell, that’s always out of food, where the workers have attitudes and are frustrated because they can’t keep up, A ZERO!!! Absolutely horrible!!!

I just stood at the counter for 5 minutes inside the Pickens Taco Bell (nobody in front of me). No one ever came over to take my order. I called out to let them know I was there. 2 girls looked at me and went back to what they were doing. I waited about another minute and still no one came over to take my order so I left. Only 1 other table was occupied. I guess they should only be a drive through restaurant.

Have given this location several chances. Tonight is the last straw. After waiting almost 40 minutes last week for the nacho fries we ordered we were told that they were sold out. Since we are glutton for punishment we went back tonight to order the nacho fries. We were told that they had them. After recovering from the shock that they were in stock we proceeded to order five nacho fries. Seeing that there was five people present ordering we did not think this request was unreasonable. But we were told to only order “like two” because they needed to last the rest of the night……? Huh?? Don’t waste your time and money at this establishment. This type of thing continues to happen over and over and over and over, take our word for it.

I have been using this location for years, and I honestly disagree with a lot of these reviews. I normally go at night, and have NEVER had a problem with customer service. The teenagers are normally the ones who are nice and answer my questions. Today however, I went at lunchtime. I don’t know who the older middle-aged women are that are working that drive through. But their customer service is AWFUL. I work in food customer service, I know it can be rough. But to YELL at me through the intercom, because you can’t hear me, is just wrong. Instead of nicely asking me to speak up, I was screamed at. Not a word was said to me at the window when I paid either. Definitely using Clemson from now on.

I was only at this Taco Bell for 10 mins and decided to leave with my buddy because the team leader was rude. Once we got up to the speaker the first girl said that they were out of the boxes. When we tried to order two cheesy gordita crunches an older lady cut in on the speaker and told us all of the things things they couldn’t make. She was extremely rude in her tone. I understand she was stressed under the pressure of a lot of cars but that is no excuse

my order was horribly wrong and the lady at the windows asked me three times what i ordered and when i received my order it was still incorrect. ended up having to call and complain to get my order corrected. although they did offer to put my name in a book to have my order replaced i will not be returning to that taco bell anytime in the near future.

First I will start off by saying the kids that work there are fantastic! BUT the new management is a JOKE!!! She is VERY rude and has a major attitude problem! My uncle owned a chain of 21Taco Bells most of my life. I grew up on it and am still a loyal, regular customer. I WILL NOT be back to this location until she is gone. My uncle would not have let that fly, and this owner shouldn’t either!!! Cooperate will be getting a call as well. If my uncle were still alive, he’d be involved too.
