If you pay 20 dollars for a box of food. It should fresh and hot…fries were mixed with old fries and fresh fries…the chicken was hard along with the hard biscuits… smh…but the service was awesome.

Biscuits were burnt Mac and cheese was crusty old and dry. Waited 8 minutes to be served from the from counter. Managers walked by without greetings or care for anything besides drive thru speed. Food was forgotten with no apology made. Definitely not up to par with KFC standards of treating every customer like a friend in your home. No hospitality at all smh

Terrible. The Belton KFC/Taco Bell employees do not care and do a horrible job at making food. I’ve eaten here twice and both times my orders were wrong, the food was cold and made incorrectly, and the employees were rude. Save yourself and do not eat at this location.

Terrible food, terrible service. Got three soft tacos and a cheesy gordita crunch, all of which had hardly any meat or cheese. The girl at the drive-thru window (Crystal, black (of course)) acted pretty much exactly like I expected in spite of my trying to be decent, civil, whatever. Totally racially charged “You’re white so we’re gonna give you the bare minimum” type attitude. Never go here, these people are angry at their own miserable existence and only exist to displace their misplaced rage all over your takeout lol. But seriously, though. Save your money.

The nastiest Taco Bell I have ever been to! First went to drive thru speaker and they told me to come inside which I really didn’t want to do but did anyways, got inside and the guy that took my order was so rude he was complaining about having to make orders I asked for rice on my burrito and he said he wasn’t gonna make rice bc he was gonna have too much to throw away that night, then gave me my cup and had no lids in the lobby, asked for a lid 2 times and was ignored. The guy in the back making food had no gloves on and the manager was going outside talking on the phone and smoking cigarettes with his gloves on then not changing them when he came in. When I asked for a refund bc I had been waiting 20 minutes and said I didn’t want my food made by someone not wearing gloves they got an attitude and just told me to stick my card in the machine. Rude people!!!!

Took 15 min of waiting to get bean burrito and hard taco. When I got home 2 min later burrito was hard and dry and taco shell was soaked and fell apart. I hate going here but love Taco Bell. They have nice attitudes but need an owner who cares about the product they put out!

I do like TB but I don’t think I’ll visit this location again. The staff was friendly but service was super slow. Slower than molasses on a Winter morning. The place was not clean. The restroom Literally had human feces on the floor and tons of in there.

I’m really amazed this place has not been shut down. They go through staff like we use tissues. When I was there, there was only 1 person there!! I was 1 if the first 3 but afterwards people started coming in like crazy. 1 guy said you don’t come to taco bell if your already hungry!! 30 min wait. Then my order was given to someone else. Had to remake my order. Gave extra fries!! They knew they messed up

There really is no care at all put into it. Grease dripping out into the bag. Food dumped out into the bag. My hard shell tacos are smothered in grease and soggy as hell. It looks disgusting. It tastes disgusting. The absolute worse experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell
