Stopped in to grab a quick lunch, it was pretty dead. Nobody was at the counter, I guess since they have the kiosk now that is where you should be doing that, ordered a handful of things and wanted to pay cash so someone did come up to get that. Got our food pretty quickly, the food was good for fast food, they did have a pretty good vegetarian selection on the menu so impressed about that.

Had the most unpleasant encounter with an employee of slim stature that has a goatee tonight. After ordering and talking to the staff multiple times I waited an hour for my food. When I asked the staff for the 3rd time, this previously mentioned employee comes up to us and for some reason starts arguing with us on how the phone receipt doesn’t count as a legitimate receipt and when proven wrong he begins stating that he has already delivered that food to us making it impossible for him to serve us. I’m being painfully serious when saying that the employee had the most unprofessional and confrontational qualities to him, he simply would refuse to hear our input. Thankfully the manager came to help us out and immediately resolved the issue. I hope that this employee is spoken to and gets proper training on how to provide quality customer service and how to behave.

Had an almost comedically terrible experience at this Taco Bell location this evening. Initially it all went well until I had to order a take out for my family at home and waited almost a full hour for 2 soft tacos and 2 cinnamon buns. When I walked up and asked the staff the status of my order the first time they said that it would only be a couple seconds, but the second time they were much much more hateful. An employee of slim stature, dark hair, and a dark goatee walked up to us and told us (even after providing my mobile receipt) that our receipt was not valid and that he had already given us the food that we did not receive. Once I explained that we never got this food despite him possibly filling the order he said that he could not provide us with food because our claim was illegitimate. After another 5 minutes or so of arguing and me showing him that I ordered from Kiosk 2 and it was the correct address I asked to speak to a manager. The blonde long haired female manager thankfully did not waste my time or doubted my intentions (because who would wait almost an hour just to lie about an order) and got my order filled as soon as she could. I hate to say this, but this slim statured dark haired man was extremely unprofessional, confrontational and while he may work hard, he does not know how to deliver quality customer service nor speak to people in anywhere near a calm manner. I’ll be sure to follow up with corporate about this instance because wow what a story am I right! I’m sure they’d like to hear all about it.

For the second time in a year the prices on the board don’t match your receipt. And they charged me extra for sour cream & tomatoes when they are already on a taco per the picture on the board. Spoke to the manager about my 9.99 order turning in 18.00 who said “recent” price increases were made and it happens when gas goes up. Ummm, gas has gone way down & 6 months ago I let this issue slide. I get everything is higher. But I expect to be pay the price listed & not pay for extra items already included. He took it personal that I questioned the bill. I’m not wrong & just wanted a refund because 15 minutes to discuss the words I chose “soft shell chicken no lettuce, leave the other items on the taco (tomato & sour cream)” didn’t mean “substitute” so his cashier rang it up as he wanted to!? I expected to pay extra for soft shell & chicken. I give 2 stars because the taco pizza is (was) good. I guess it’s my last.
