This location always seems to be out of stuff. About only half of their menu is available during any during my last 3 visits. Not to mention much of their staff has zero people skills. With this one only being a couple min from home, I don’t mind continuing to come here, but I surely hope that this location improves.

Tried to order at 8 PM on a Sunday night, half way through my, admittedly largish order (50 dollars or so), we were screamed at. “Due to short staff you can’t order anything else”. Then staff proceded to talk smack with the mic still on. I wasnt rude or demanding. The restaurant is open until 1 am per their listed hours, it’s not like I came right at closing. The order wasn’t that large either. I got off a 12 hour shift at the hospital, and I was just trying to feed my kids before crashing and doing it again tomorrow.

I’ve been going to this Taco Bell for a couple years now and never had an issue, but tonight was an exceptional experience. I had placed my order on the mobile app as I usually do, picked up my order, and drove home. Once I looked into the bag when I got home, I realized they had given me the entirely wrong order. No problem, it happens, and I don’t live far. I went back and brought the bag in. As soon as I opened the door to walk in, they politely called my name and had my food ready to go, smiling faces and apologies from everyone! With my experience, I know that everyone makes mistakes, and it isn’t the small mistakes a place like this makes rarely that defines them, but how they handle those mistakes. They handled this perfectly!

This is the worst Taco Bell location I have ever been to. Every time I order something they “ran out”. They never have enough staff. The outside of the building looks nice, but they will not allow any patrons inside. On top of all this I ordered from Grubhub today since I am home with a toddler and newborn, but my food was not cooked enough, they gave me 7out of the 12 Cinnabon delights I ordered, and my Dr. Pepper tasted like cleaning supplies. I threw it away as to not be accidentally poisoned. I truly don’t understand how this location is still up and running like this in 2023.

Tried to walk up. Doors were locked with nothing on the doors on June 17th, 2023, then I drove around from a neighboring establishment and the drive through had signs with only Uber eats and mobile orders being honored. Unfortunately This was not easy to accomplish in a timely fashion, especially at a fast food restaurant, which is now becoming a slow food restaurant

The last three times I attempted to get food from this location the experience was terrible. And this last visit was the worst. Doors where locked, only one person working apparently, and the system was down so I couldn’t even get my order that I placed online. It’s going to be a very long time before I come back to this or any of the locations in the area

Went through the drive-thru at 11:24pm August 22. (They are open until 12am) They said they were out of everything except for chicken and cheese so I asked for a number 7 (chicken quesadilla) and then they said sorry the grills are off.

Friendly staff, quick drive-thru, and have never had a bad order of food. Unlike other fast food joints, they don’t just sling your food into the bag, making it look more like a bag if garbage than a bag of freshly made food. Best Taco Bell I’ve been to.

Ordered the largest nacho fries box because I’m home with 3 kids. They literally just threw whatever they had on hand in a bag. No burrito, no chalupa, wrong drink, and instead gave me 2 hard tacos, 2 nacho fries, and the incorrect freeze. If you’re out a a freeze, let the customer know, or idk, change the soda out? Also, if you’re too lazy to make a burrito without beans, maybe just put a regular one in there instead of ditching the burrito all together. Your managers have to be able to see the amount of people that get refunds. This has to mess with numbers somehow. I get it’s fast food but maybe put a little effort into it. Definitely not ordering from this one again. This same location is also notorious for running out of everything by sunday, even things like beef and chicken. Sealed bags are supposed to be for food quality, not to hide your laziness.
