i was incredibly excited to try the new shredded beef taco but this taco looked horrible! it was broken and crushed. i went thru the drive thru, they forgot my chips and dip in the bag leading me to ask for it. i wasn’t properly greeted at the window either! my order was the combo box with the chalupa, 5 layer beef burrito, shredded beef taco, & chips and dip. i would’ve went back to the store to get it remade but i am a busy women, i didn’t have the time. please do better, and be more attentive.

They cannot make a taco with beef and cheese only, for my grandson, it just ain’t gonna happen! When I called they argued with me, it was how I ordered it. But how else do you order a beef and cheese only taco then by saying “I want a beef and cheese only taco”!!! somehow they got taco supreme with no lettuce I only live one mile away and by the time I get home with my tacos, grease is usually soaked through and they’re frequently broken. This is not the first time, I am done with this Taco Bell!!!

This isn’t the first time the location on Johns Island,SC has messed up my order, but this time made me the most mad. Today I ordered 4 chicken soft taco supremes and every single one had about 2 chunks of chicken on it! Not to mention the lettuce tastes old like it’s been out all day.

First off the people that work at this particular location are very rude and unprofessional. Secondly the food coming out of this restaurant is absolutely deplorable I wouldn’t even feed this food to my dog it’s not hard to make tacos and other items on the menu but apparently they can’t even make a simple taco without screwing it up. Will never go to the John’s Island Taco Bell Again.

if i could give 0 stars i would, i ordered uber eats and my food didn’t arrive until 3 hours after I had ordered it. My food was cold, it tastes absolutely horrible. and i was supposed to get nacho fries but they gave me chips – literally threw 5 chips in a paper bag and that’s what i got. So disappointed, what a waste of $20

Workers do not care about the presentation of the food. It looked like dog food. There was no ice. The food was undercooked and cold. My crunch wrap supreme turn into a burrito. My quesadilla was soggy, greasy, and cold. They offered to make me another one and it was the wrong meat and looked worse than the original and it was also cold. All in all get it together guys
