Ordered over $40 worth of food. I asked for supreme loco Doritos tacos, they proceeded to state they had no beef and say they could put chicken on instead. I asked for them to put sour cream on them. The picture below is how I received the tacos. I am tired of the nasty service I’ve been getting from the Taco Bell in the Columbia, sc area. This is the second time my food has come back poorly put together

Food was ok! I asked for three soft tacos with nacho and cheese.… the nacho chips were cold however, the cheese was warm, but really not enough they didn’t even fill it to half way. There eating area had about 5 dirty table with food and trash on them and the services and not inviting. They made you use the kiosk which is fine but maybe not for the elderly… they never even said if you can’t figure it out we can help you.

The only reason I even gave 2 stars for anything was because despite their incompetence in making our food as we ordered, the drive-through guy was very respectful and pleasant. If I could rate him without having it lumped into a general category of “satisfaction,” I would give him the 5 stars for effort! But the food, as usual at this location, was bagged as if they were just chucking it into a miniature “garbage” bag. No separation of orders, just threw it all together. I already am not the biggest fan of Taco Bell, but they stay open past McD and BK. To me, I don’t see how to order Taco Bell food. It already has a “million” choices, but they all look the same! It’s all basically brown meat, brown beans, yellow cheese, seasoned rice all mushed together in various forms and shapes. And at a ridiculously high price!! My family of 3 had a $40 tab! Well…lest I digress…it’s OK. I guess.

Attempted to visit for breakfast at this location. It states open at 8 am on Google. We arrived at 10:25 only to realize the 2 employees that were there, were not working. There was an employee who greeted us at the drive thru then never replied after saying hello. We pulled into a spot and attempted to go inside finding that the hours on the door said open at 10 am and the door was locked. Considering we were there at 10:25, the door should’ve been open and operating at full service, and it was not. Only to find one of the employees sitting in their car. I’m not sure if there’s been some hour of operation mix up at this location but it’s greatly inconvenienced my day considering I am from out of town. It also shows the location confirmed its hours just a month ago so I have a hard time believing there was a mix up on hours vs employees just not wanting to work today. Awful.

Been here since 2:33am. People on the line left. And the workers are absolutely ignoring everyone. Probably hoping everyone just leave. Obviously they dont care about the business or their job. All i see is a bunch of lazy people who don’t want to work. That’s horrible. Also this is false advertising, place says its open till 3am. That’s im going to say for now

I came by at 2:45 am to get a fix before the store closed, but no one answered the intercom despite saying hello and waiting for a few minutes. I did see someone inside, but the place is probably understaffed or something. It sucks.

Had I whole rubber piece in my taco I informed them to throw the meat out I have been a manger for Taco Bell for over 5 years and never have a seen a whole rubber piece in my taco no rubber should even be on the line !! They did no throw the meat away !!!!
