I have always loved Taco Bell. I’ve been to many in so many different states. Being here has definitely opened up my eyes that this is not the one to go to. Time and time again, they have ruined the experience by forgetting something or making it wrong. I know a lot of fast food places have been this way, and it’s kind of disappointing that it continues despite peoples best efforts to give those surveys. It seems that doesn’t matter. So why would I continue to move forward with this fast food joint? I won’t. This has been the last straw because time and time again, it’s always something missing and having to drive back to get it. It’s tiring, and I already work enough. I’d love to leave a positive review, but they have made it very hard. And don’t forget the time when they made it to where even when you did drive thru, they wouldn’t accept that. Only thru the app or door dash. That was fun wasting time as well. Good luck to others. I hope you have a much better experience despite the rush they have, which is understandable. Maybe they should hire a few more workers to make it a better experience than them probably working a skeleton crew.

We just drove in Taco Bell/Lafayette and no one would take our order. I called out hello and no one still came. No cars in parking lot. We drove up to second window and the female employee was standing there opening up a plastic bag. She ignored us. We left and went next door to McDonalds.

The young ladies was more interested on what was on their mobile devices than the people in the lobby. I don’t know if they didn’t want cash transactions or what but very si fi. No human contact until I was handed a bag.

I tend to stick to one thing when it comes to taco bell which is the Doritos locos taco. I’ve eaten generally only this item for too many years and you can easily tell the difference between the taco that just got put together versus the one that’s been sitting for an indefinite amount of time. I get handed the taco that’s been sitting for an indefinite amount of time here. I always ask for sour cream and no tomatoes, my tacos never have sour cream even though I’ve paid for it. They’re always kind of soggy like if you leave it sitting out for a few hours and then put it in the microwave. It’s not the best, and I’ve given this location several chances hoping I’d get a delectable taco which I know they can be, but they’re always just some old ones that no one wants.

The manager on duty did a great job. He had us go park at front for our order. When he brought it out himself, I noticed he was wearing a medical boot. Not only did he explain they had no sauces, he also saw us still sitting in the parking lot, since we decided to eat before we left, and he checked on us to make sure we were ok. Food was great as well. Not sure of his name, but thanks.

Went through the drive through 3 times and each time I was given my food I had to build it. Or something will be forgotten, and when it was brought up to the employee they disregarded. And now I’m out of the food and the money. would not recommend, go to the one on broad street. Much better
