Dirty, slow, and out of everything. This stop was a huge mistake!!! The staff was nice but this restaurant is so poorly ran that it should probably be closed. You couldn’t see through the glass doors because they hadn’t been cleaned in what looked like at least 6 months. The drive through windows looked the same. My thoughts are, if you can’t even clean your doors than the food prep areas and the rest of the restaurant is just as dirty. Good luck, GROSS!

This is the best Taco Bell ever. We are from Virginia and we have come to this Taco Bell location two times, both on the way back from vacation in Charleston. This location has the best portions, the best cooking methods (everything was grilled to perfection) and just so delicious. The staff is friendly and I just wanted to tell you guys to keep up the awesome work. Asia provided great service as well.

We had to go back in because we didn’t get everything we ordered. We got soft taco supremes and they didn’t have any tomatoes while other things in our order did. They took a very long time to get our order to us and even then it was wrong.

Worst customer service ever. Pulled up to the drive through window and the team member said “hi how are you” to which I responded “good how are you” she says “good” then never said a word after that. I heard whispering and after about 30 seconds I asked her if she was ready. She had a bad attitude about that and I ended up cancelling my order after I told her my name for the online order. The manager/owner there needs to teach their staff to at least act like they care a little bit because right now they hate their jobs and they’re not hiding it.
