This Taco Bell is horrible the workers do not care about their customers at all when I went in the other day their was no one at the registers so I ordered my food through the touchscreens and I was paying cash so I had to go up to the register to pay and I was there for 20 MINUTES no one was their attending me one lady just kept walking past me to give food to the people in the drive thru until finally the lady asked me what my name was and I told her then a little while after she gave food to the people who ordered after me and that was when I got mad because I had just ordered a nacho bell grande nothing else i had a very small order and so I asked the lady when my order will be ready and then she went to the back and grabbed my food. I will never come here again the service sucks.

Worst taco bell ever. they always take 15 minutes to bring out the food and I am not one to be angry about the food but they gave me the wrong order multiple times now even after giving them the benefit of the doubt. I don’t like asking for anything in return just better service. It’s clear there’s no consequence for constantly getting orders wrong. I just have a hard time understanding when the order is right in front of you and all the ingredients aren’t necessarily fresh.

Advertises a closing time of 12am, do not believe this. We ordered from them on doordash at 11pm, and the order was swiftly accepted, and doordash informed us it was completed soon thereafter. I arrived at 11:25pm, and the store was closed, staff entirely gone. Absolutely ridiculous.

If we could give a 0 we would! Worst Taco Bell ever! Was told we could only have 2 sauces per item and refused to allow us to buy extra sauce. What kind of place won’t sell you products they have ??? Not to mention, EVERY other Taco Bell will GIVE you some extra sauce packets.

Terribly ran taco bell. Nothing is accurate, says their open. Dining room isn’t open, 4 employees standing in the lobby doing nothing. Typically for this location. Last time I was here took 35 min to get my food. Was not even busy. I get understaffed. But they are not, 0 active cars. 4 people standing doing nothing. That’s not understaffed. That’s called not caring at all. Get new employees you wonder why you are never busy like other taco bells. It’s hard to mess up a taco bell order cmon now.

As a busy parent the convenience of having a Taco Bell in town is great. On the other hand they are super slow, I’ve had multiple issues with them at the drive through, order is wrong 85% of the time. Today we ordered the taco salad and it was awful. The steak was rubbery and cold, also the lettuce in the Salad was non existent. Quesadilla had about 4 pieces of steak in it. I’m super disappointed. Oh and let’s not forget that the service is awful and if you decide to address them about your order 90% of the time you will get an attitude.

Arrived last night to get some food. Cars in the parking lot and whole place was lit up. I waited at the drive through to place my order and then kept waiting and waiting and waiting. No one ever showed up. Based on the reviews of this particular Taco bell I strongly urge the owner to get a whole new staff and let these sorry employees go beg for money on the streets since they obviously aren’t working and don’t seem to value any sort of work ethics or people skills required to effectively do their job.
