I got the 3 soft tacos with a blue raspberry freeze to drink and I asked for plenty of mild sauce, with which the kind lady happily obliged. The only negative thing I have to say about my experience here was that the food was on the more expensive side. But I can’t really hold this against Taco Bell because food is going up everywhere these days; that’s not something that is consolidated only to Taco Bell.

Hunter at the drive thru window is always very kind and makes sure you get sauces and napkins with your order. The food is always great and fresh, and in my experience this Taco Bell is one of the best, hands down. I’ve never had to wait in a long line here, which is remarkable for a Taco Bell in a college town. Y’all are awesome and deserve more than five stars!!!

I understand that every business is short staffed but what happened to still being nice to your customers! We were told they didn’t have time to take our order and to use the Kiosk, if I wasn’t with my parents they wouldn’t know how to use it! We were rushed through our order on front counter. We had to wait literally 30 minutes on our food! The tables were very nasty too! Sadly this will probably be our last visit here unless our minds change!

Love the food but wish they would offer a soft corn tortillas which would be an easy way to enjoy the entire menu gluten free. Have to really limit the number of visit since they are one of the only fast food optios that use trans fats extensively. Two small changes would open a huge market to Taco Bell and make much of the menu healthy.

Hard taco shells were rancid 3.12.23. We stopped here on the way back up North and everything that contained a hard taco shell (which was all of our food) had to be thrown out. We would have taken them back but we were already 10 minutes away and in a traffic jam. With such a strong rancid smell, I am not sure how no one at this taco bell noticed. Will never be going back.

I was helped by Brian who transferred from the the Taco Bell in Elizabeth who may be the happiest Taco Bell employee I have ever met. Very courteous, clean establishment, they even have sauce trays on every table. Highly recommend this Taco Bell.

Normally ok but not tonight. Ordered a deluxe steak chalupa, got 90% shell and 10% meat/other toppings, there was like 3 tiny little bits of steak. Only gave me 1 out of the two potato tacos, see below for what was considered one of these. So disappointing, put some actual effort into what you make

I asked to get a wash cloth to whip the table off just to do it myself and also help being there was a line of customers and the one person taking orders is trying to whip off the table now since I asked. Taco Bell is what Taco Bell is. Just seems like it just made the whole situation worse being I asked to clean off the table. The only way I can think of is to just not go back.
