I used to love Taco Bell, but for some reason this location seems to have gone down hill. I don’t know if it depends on the manager on duty, or if they just don’t care. There is always something missing when I get home. If I don’t check my bag, something will be missing. I had taken a break from going there because they don’t take the time to box up items for boxes and they just put everything in one bag and don’t count for accuracy and then something is missing. One night I went and the moral was low and I guess they were short handed and I asked for a refund. Tonight, I used the app. The drive thru lady handed me the bag without the cravings boxes. I asked where the boxes were and she told me I would have to come inside to get them repacked. I feel bad for some of the employees because they do care, but some just don’t. There have been times some made effort to help.

Could not get in app( kept saying oops something is wrong. Working on it. Try back) tried numerous times. So couldn’t get my free pizza, free taco and buy a burrito. I drove all the way there for no reason wasted time and gas. No employees could help me. I tried calling you on hold over 21 minutes and you disconnected me. Iam very upset.

Just waited in line for over 35 min and only moved two car lengths. That’s honestly just ridiculous. Ended up leaving and just getting cookout instead. Even with a much longer line I got served quicker. The workers either need to tighten up or, if they are short staffed, they need to get more people in there. 2 cars in 35 min is unacceptable

Went in around 11pm and the line was long, so mess-ups were kinda to be expected. However, I politely called the store to see if we could get our correct food and the person that answered states, “Oh I know exactly who dis is…” and hangs up the phone. Upon going back to the store to pick up my food, I called again to say I was at the front door, I could clearly see the employee giving attitude when picking up the phone to speak with me. It’s one thing to give a customer the wrong food, but to then follow it up with an un-needed attitude? Needless to say, I wouldn’t go there at night. Or especially if you see a tall man of color with black shoulder-length hair, and a deep attitude with feminine mannerisms.

Second time going to this location and the chips are not edible, burnt I’m guessing.Taste test the chips before you leave, is my advice to the reader. I ordered thru drive way. Paid $17 for a one person meal, definitely not worth it.

My daughters and I visited this restaurant on 6/20/23 (our last night in town). The feminine man with a honey blonde wig was extremely rude via the speaker, but appeared to pull himself together by the time I got to the window. Horrible customer service in a tourist location…the food was great though. Haven’t had Taco Bell in years!

This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at a fast food establishment. Me and my boyfriend were ordering at the speaker and the woman at the speaker was extremely rude, we asked if they had nacho fries and she replied “well did you look at the menu? With a lot of attitude in her voice and the whole time we were ordering she was being extremely disrespectful. I used to work in fast food, I understand how stressful it is but her attitude was very unacceptable. Then when we opened the bag and we saw two cartons of nacho fries that were both less than half way full, our quesadillas were not cut and messily thrown together and one of them had a hair on it. It was not worth the money. Definitely the worst fast food service I have ever experienced. I will not be eating here again.
