25.00 for the taco family pack and this is what you get. Some with cheese, some without. Some with the appropriate amount of lettuce, or none at all. Some are made fresh and some are old. Was hoping that i stopped going for while, something would change, but nope. Will be disputing with my card company

My husband went in to order 3 tacos, (he can not read) he came out and told me they would not take because he had to use the machine to order. I got pissed and I went in. Nobody is talking,no smiles, nothing. I did the order went to counter, only thing she said was last name. Took their sweet time. Then I asked to speak to the manager but there were none there. The manager will be in on Sunday. Jordan I will be calling you and corporate!!! The food was cold and the meat was warm!!! If I could give a 0 I would. This is long enough and I could list more but not spending another dime here

Placed order through drive thru and was rushed thru the entire order. Kept trying to give me my total before I finished. Ordered the #8 combo with no tomatoes and of course they each have tomatoes. Ordered nachos with cheese, got the cheese with no nachos. Ordered sweet tea and yep, they are out of tea! During lunchtime! This is not the first time there has been issues with drive thru. Most time the order will be wrong in some way. I have my order number and the associate that took my order

I gave it 2 stars only because I like Taco Bell food on occasion and the taco supremes were as good as they ever have been and I enjoyed them. The problem is that we had to order at the kiosk which was a complete waste of time. It took me twice as long to order as it should have. If there were any other customers in the place and it might have saved me some time I might not have minded the experience at all. By they time I got finished punching buttons on the screen I wish I had just went to the Cookout across the road.

I didn’t think the employees at this Taco Bell were very friendly or helpful. They ignored me at the register for a while before one of them told me to go order at the kiosk. I tried to use a gift card, but there was a card reader error. Again I stood at the register a bit before I got someone’s attention, and then they were completely uninterested in trying to help. Too lazy to type in the number on the gift card I guess. I had to use another credit card in the end, which was extremely irritating. I paid good money for the gift card and I should be able to use it! To be fair in this review, the food was good when I got it. The tacos were crunchy and hot.

Hadn’t been to Taco Bell in ages. This dine in trip was a good experience. I can’t complain other than using too much hot sauce, which I thought was not possible for my tolerance. I was really wrong this time underestimating their sauce packs heat punch.

The food was good. The floor, chairs and tables were sticky!!! The 3 people that were working, 2 had attitudes and the other young lady was nice. Didn’t get all of our food but didn’t want to deal with the attitudes of the 2 employees!!!

Don’t know why I gave it a 2! I have been going to Taco Bell for atleast 45 years. Has always been a favorite for me. However, I will have to find another. Atleast locally. I understand staffing has become an issue over the past few years but this is ridiculous! Let’s start with the management. One of the new managers does NOT belong in customer service to begin with! If I go in to order, I will walk put immediately if I see her there. No wonder why they can’t keep good employees. This one us the ultimate worse! On one occasion it was pretty busy and yhe entire time I was inside she was sweeping the same spot behind the register. If assistance was needed from a customer she would yell at one of the three employees taking or preparing the orders to stop what they were doing to help said customer. She was of no help at sll….to anyone. Had problems with the kiosk, she called someone to help, then the entire time they were assisting me, this manager yelled to that employee across the counter telling ger what to do. Another time

Workers outside smoking and talking to each other while the manager/lead frantically tries to make orders and get people to do any form of work. Simple order placed on the kiosk with an empty store and still took 20 minutes. More customers are piling up and complaining. I feel bad for the one girl actually working hard here. Skip this place so that maybe she’ll wise up and move to a job that deserves her.

Placed online order, paid, pulled up to drive through, gave name, young lady says we can’t do any of that….we said we already paid, she said you’ll have to go back and cancel your order. Never had a good experience at this location.
