This was the straw visit. I placed my order and waited my turn at the window. When it was my turn I went to hand the cashier $20 bill. She looked at me and said we don’t accept cash card only. I asked her I said “since when” and she replied “since forever”. We stared at each other for about 10 seconds and then she broke and said “well I don’t know if I have change to give you.” So I replied “then you have money” and she replied “Yeah”. You may not get all your change back” and again I looked at her. She then replied “Unless you have exact change then I can give you bills back.” After producing the exact change she said please pull up which I couldn’t do because they’re already four cars stacked ahead of me in line waiting for their food. Again, I looked at her in bewilderment and she walked away. To make it worse I just noticed I didn’t even get a receipt in my bag so that I can refer to my transaction so I can talk to somebody about it. SMH.

Quick service, but sorry on fixing your meals, this is the 4th time they cheated me part of my food order,I am wondering can they read, it’s sad you have to constantly tell them you didn’t give me all of my order, money is hard to come by and to cheat me out of almost $9.00 is robbery, and when I called to tell them my order is missing an item they don’t answer the phone.. plus when you have a big order especially the box meals they just hand you the box instead of putting your order in a bag, when they pass it you the box is half open and food exposed..they have got to do better, and you all need more cashiers at the front who want to use them automated menu all the time..they have got to do better, as well on customer service..

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Absolute failure. We travel for work, so I know what to expect from a Taco Bell. The order was wrong, nothing was wrapped properly to distinguish between the different burritos, they put a small amount of filling on a small tortilla and then wrapped it in a bigger tortilla to give the look of being full, they were rude, and just all around disrespectful and unprofessional. I will NOT be going back to Taco Bell in Lumberton NC.

My coworker just picked up my order from them..so I take my break to eat and where I ordered no cheese..there cheese sprinkled through the taco..I use to work fast food so I know its within capacity to be able to be specific bout an order..be it using diffrent utensils to avoid crossing up ingredients or as simple as not letting cheese get into the lettuce as you make orders throughout the day. But to have to pick through your order to avoid an allergy ruins the meal.
