Made an online order and arrived at the store and patiently waited for it. They didn’t have either of the three drink selections I ordered but no problem. The problem is I was shorted tacos and nachos. Accuracy wasn’t there even after waiting for almost 5 mins for the order. Called the store to let them know about the situation and someone picks up the phone to hang it up. Great customer service after spending 30 bucks. Never again. Had to come home and grab my own nachos chips. Atleast they gave me the right amount of nacho cheese Love the girl in drive thru. Cutr and a Real sweetheart. Don’t think it was her fault.

15aug 2023 short staffed 4 people on shift to include a very pregnant young lady. The store behind the counter needs cleaning and the level of professionalism needs to be addressed. I waited more than 10 minutes before my order was taken the customer before me just walked out after waiting too long.

Went through the drive-thru, rather quickly. Employee was very nice and polite. Got home and was missing 4 items from our order. Drove back to Taco Bell. The manager was very sweet and politely gave us what we had originally ordered. I’m not upset one bit because everything we ate was fantastic!! Love, Love, Love Taco Bell !!

I went through the drive thru last night & was disappointed at the lack of customer service skills. First they had me wait at the drive thru sign for a long time before just saying “order when you’re ready”. No hello, how are you, etc. I order. Wait for like 15-20 mins with 3 cars ahead of me. Get to the window. No apology on the wait. Handed my bag. Pull up & I’m missing 2 things. I reverse & told the guy in the window that even after that long wait you guys still messed up the order. He proceeds to go to the wall, grab 2 gloves. Instead of putting the gloves on he literally holds the gloves in his hand to grab 2 cinnamon twists & hand them to me through the window. That was the most ghetto way I’ve seen food handled in front me of. On top of that food was cold. Will not use this location again. Seriously need some training on basic customer service for your employees. And I’m sure the health department would have fun with the way the cinnamon twists were handled. You don’t hand open food through a window by holding a glove in your hand because you’re being too lazy to put one on.

During the week, it’s somewhat okay. At night during the weekend, this place is the worse. It’s like a club house for teenagers who work there. Playing and joking while providing the worse service ever. Just left , my order was so wrong and I wish I could load up some pictures of what it looked like. NEVER going back to this location.

Asked for chips and cheese, a chicken power bowl with NO guacamole, and not only was there guacamole on it, there was also refried beans on it and the chips were burnt and it tasted like the oil was suuuper old. My guts were screwed up for 2 days. AWFUL.
