I ordered 12 Doritos tacos with no lettuce add red sauce and nacho cheese, there was extra lettuce and barely any nacho cheese or red sauce, so little that I brought it up to the counter and they pointed out that it was present just that there wasn’t much, they also completely glossed over the lettuce. I understand wanting to rush through a large order but being rude when it comes back wrong isn’t ok, if you want taco bell go to Goldsboro or mount olive

First, all but one table in a large dining room was closed off by an incredibly slow moving employee mopping the floor at 11:05am. No other customers were in the restaurant. Why this couldn’t have been done the night before or before they opened is beyond me. And it clearly was clean enough that some employee on break that it was fine to eat in the closed section. Worse was the fact that the employee who closed it off looked angrily at my family and plopped down some cones and wouldn’t even say a single word that we could hear to us. Then my Crunchwrap was blackened. Very burned. After how discourteous the floor employee was I didn’t dare return it out of worry what they might do to a replacement. I was sad about the burned taste of my food. No one spoke to us the entire visit, as I had ordered ahead, even though a bunch of employees walked by us.

Ordered food from kiosk, but staff was friendly. I didn’t love that the young man put his fingers INSIDE my Son’s freezy cup before he made it!!! Normally I would have flipped out, but it just wasn’t worth it!! Now a days I am just thankful it’s not spit in my food!

Poor attitudes, the order was wrong, the communication was poor. My chalupa had three pieces of meat and was piled with tomatoes. My sons order had been me piece of lettuce. I’m sure this was done intentionally because the cashier had a poor attitude. Will never stop here again.

Consistently and regularly does not give the entire order in the drive through. Extremely rude and did not apologize when I showed the bad and receipt proof that food was missing. $10 worth on $30 order.

Good luck eating breakfast. They claim to open at 9am but that is hardly the case. Been here multiple times between 9am and 9:30am and they are not open.

Everyone that worked in this Taco Bell tonight needs to be fired I have a crunchwrap with no meat the other crunchwrap I was missing potatoes and extra nacho cheese which I paid for missing a whole five layer beefy burrito and how do you give me the nacho cheese but no chips to eat it with. I will be going there tomorrow to complain as well as contacting corporate to see why this is happening.
