One of the worst Taco Bells. Arrived at 9:50pm and was told the lobby is closed. Yet there was another group that just went in ahead of us. I asked what time the lobby closed and was told “now”. So I said I will contact the owner. If you are the owner reading this understand we will never eat here. Once previously we ordered through the app and did not get our order. The app took our money but the store did not fulfill the order… we lost $35. Thought we give it another try. We were ready to spend another $35 tonight. Poor customer service and poor management. It’s a wonder this store is still open.

Hair on my burrito they have an attitude because I brought it back and said something the girl at the drive thru rude as hell. The other girl making the food was just on her phone with the same gloves she was making food with. Saw me look at her so she went and changed them. Asked what ingredients are in a particular product.. with a quick reply, I hesitantly took the bait. The staff member seemed so onfident. At the window, I was greeted again with matching confidence Drove around to a parking spot to enjoy what I thought I ordered. Sigh. Won’t return. Visit cookout across the street. When someone orders, listen attentively to get the correct order. No sour cream request. Silverware request. The quality of food delivered was not that of care. Did not return said item for failure of performance initially leading to a possible ill correction. Sampled a few pieces of lettuce among a handful of beef in a sour cream filled wrap, not entirely by choice.

They pretty much robbed me. I got a regular 5$ cravings box with a freeze, nachos instead of twists. They upcharged me for the nachos and a large freeze but gave me a small (of the wrong drink) and forgot the nachos. I went back to the drive thru and told them I was missing the nachos and that they overcharged me for a drink I didn’t order or get. They gave me the nachos but lied to my face about the drink, said it was definitely a large and showed me the small cup which is for fountain drinks for comparison. I know it was a lie because I doordash and have picked up a large freeze several times. In retrospect they had a very manipulative attitude that said “hurry up and leave with whatever we give you because we’re too busy to be inconvenienced by doing our job right” like the only thing that mattered was how fast they could throw food out the window with zero regard for accuracy or quality. The line was not long and the lobby was empty. The store on Owen drive similarly overcharged me for something I didn’t order and didn’t get, even after I said the order 3 times and they verbally confirmed what I said. They’re intentionally robbing you, but if you call them out just make sure you’ve got EVERYTHING, because they will only do the bare minimum it takes to get you to leave. As long as they will get paid to hastily waste their time they couldn’t care less. Foodwise… the taco had half an ounce of beef, and no sour cream like I asked for (and yes, they charged me for it). The chalupa was okay but would’ve been better without the taste of disappointment and corporate thieving.

I ordered two nacho fries and was told I had to wait 2 minutes because they had to make some fresh, when I got my back only ONE fry was fresh the second one tasted and felt like it was sitting for hours. They’re ALWAYS out of products, ALWAYS! The food is NEVER fresh! This is literally the only Taco Bell in Fayetteville that is bad for busines. Corporate definitely needs to be called.

I hate drive thru places so I went in. I got through the door and the only thing that was asked was “placing or pick up” before I could finish telling the lady I was placing she pointed to the tablet in the middle of the restaurant. The lady (had a bad orange colored wig) didn’t waste any time gossiping with her coworkers. No one called my name when it was ready. Simply was called like a dog and said “Here” luckily I looked up and another lady looked at me. There were no lines anywhere. All they wanted to do was stand there and talk and giggle like schoolgirls looking at their phones. If you wanna do that, go home. Luckily for them. My food was fine. They said was a supervisor but I’m not for sure. I ordered my mom to shilupus and all of my 3 tacos supremes to go get to my mom’s house. She got . There were so hard they broke 1/2 my meat was really really cold. But later told me once put a sour cream on them to get cold. I’ve been at Taco Bell plenty of times no. The meat was cold and she got very very nasty with me which I didn’t like. She doesn’t have any supervisor at all she can’t do you understand she’s got a bad attitude really? The worst service ever… Our food was cold , so I try to bring it back in there to let them know can we get hotter food in return… and not only we got attitudes but didn’t even get our food that I payed for back.. My family and I will never go back to that place again… For us to go there after church in good spirits.. leave from Taco Bell in bad experience.. I hope nobody else doesn’t have to go thru this experience like we did.
