We walked in and waited. Saw other restaurants a few hundred yards away. We were hungry, and the employees didn’t really come to the front..except to say they’re busy. Dear owner/manager. Change your hiring practices. You’ll see a major improvement from 1 star reviews.

The food was fast and good. I like TB and it compares as good or better than the others. I usially get the steak quesadilla and soft tacos. The quesadilla had one empty section but that is sorta common. The soft tacos had plenty of meat and toppings. Staff was pleasant and fast. Easy in and out location

Service there is starting to be like McDonalds. Went one day they said 10 minute wait. Ended up being a 30 minute wait. Stop by there tonight on the way home from work, half our order was wrong. Think if I want Taco Bell again I’ll go to another one from now on

I am absolutely disgusted by this place. First of all the customer service was non existent. Two women running drive thru kept trying to hurry me up while ordering. Handed us out bag and slammed the window while we tried to ask for hot sauce. The woman threw the sauce into my fiancé’s hand and hurried away to do something that must have been so much more important than the company serving food and making money. Ordered 2 Chipotle ranch grilled chicken burritos. One add nacho cheese sauce and the other add the same sauce, extra chicken, and no tomatoes. Got down the road and they were absolutely awful. Didn’t get extra cheese sauce we paid for, the tortilla was hard and stale, hardly anything in the burrito either! One usually does the job and solves hunger. But the last three times we’ve ate there, it’s been the worst taco bell we’ve ever had. I will not be ordering from here anymore. Sorry you lost about $100 per week. But we did not deserve that kind of treatment.

Walked in today employee was more interested in playing on her cell phone than taking orders. Several people walked in and left because nobody would come to the front to take orders. It took exceptionally long to get our order with 3 customers in dining area.
