They were out of tortillas to make a quesadilla. They ran out of eggs and hour before breakfast was done. They were out of cups so we weren’t able to get nachos of cheese and they gave me a chicken burrito instead of a black bean burrito.

Very poor service. You wait for more than 20 minutes and no one will come to take your order at “ Order here” window. I stood there and decided to just download app and created an account and order it through that while waiting! Instead of bean burrito I got beef burrito along with poorly made rest of the order. When I pointed out they did not show any remorse. Not even worth stopping by here.

1 star, because it wouldn’t let me do zero. This location is absolutely horrendous. Time after time I have had foul food or poor service. Recently I received stellar service and I was hopeful this location was getting their kinks ironed out. Well, today’s service proved the exact opposite. The worst customer service I have ever received, in front of my children who just wanted lunch. The woman taking my order wouldn’t even let me speak as she kept speaking over me, and asked me to repeat my self 3 times. I finally said forget it and drove across the street to Wendy’s, as I had HUNGRY kids in the car. It still didn’t sit right with me so I went back to speak to a manager. Stood in front of the order window for 7 minutes without being acknowledand or even looked at. So I called the store to get the name of the manager and the woman at the window as my next call was to corporate. The 1st gentleman I spoke to claimed to be the manager but could barely speak proper English, refused to give me his name.. Then pawned my phone call off on to who was supposed to be the general manager, Richard. To no surprise Richard had no idea what had happened because he wasn’t there and did not even offer an apology. Very disappointed Southern Shores. This place just needs shut down and an actual functioning business brought in. Last summer the workers were working without air conditioning. Bring back nuquality.

Order was almost perfect. The sour cream was forgotten on one dish but the food was exactly as expected. The family was happy. Better than almost any place we have eaten in Corolla.

The Star is for the cashier who was very nice. The mexican pizzas I ordered were not even edible! Stale and rancid taste. Such a shame, because they were doing really good for a while. Will not be returning, disgusting.

Seems like a great Taco bell service wise but food was not good. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and the cheese was not melted at all, didn’t enjoy eating here, the employees were nice.

Look, it’s Taco Bell. They get 5 Stars for food because sometimes ‘Ya just gotta have some’. They get 2 stars for service only because I realize it’s hard to get people to work at any fast food place on the beach. But when you do they should at least understand simple things.
