Tried a couple new food menu items. As always, priced reasonably and the taste was actually pretty good. But for 2 small burritos it took almost 20 minutes after I paid before I got my food, and I was the only person in line at the time of ordering. Every location in the R/D area seems to be so slow regardless of how busy they are.

This place was the worst taco bell in the area until the new GM took over. She has turned this place around. Food as expected. Comes out hot and correct. She double-checks all of the orders. Because of her customer service and food quality have gone up.

Went to pick up my mobile order and the doors were locked but there was no sign indicating the dining room was closed. When I finally made it to the speaker I sat there for a few minutes and nobody asked for my order so I finally said “hello?” And someone responded. After 30 minutes in line I got my food. I got a soft and hard supreme taco and neither has the correct toppings. My cheesy gordita crunch was missing lettuce, onions, and sour cream. It was just beef and tomatoes. I also asked for them to leave off the Chipotle ranch and they did not. On Google it says they close at 9 but on the drive thru speaker box it says they should be open until 10 on Sundays. Do yourself a favor and just drive to the taco bell on 55.

This is one of the worst Taco Bells I have ever had to deal with. I am not writing this review after one bad experience I am writing it after a year of constant failure. The most recent failures are: not putting a full portion of ingredients into a taco, opening my bag to find a taco unwrapped and spilled upside down in my bag, not pressing my quesadilla, the taste of barbecue sauce in my quesadilla (seriously what the hell?), and forgetting at least one item every time! I know food service sucks to work, I have been there and done the job. I am very tolerant of bad experiences because I know sometimes you might be having a bad day but when every day is bad no matter who is working its not acceptable! Dont go here if you want to actually receive and eat what you pay for.

i’m not usually one to write reviews about places but not one time have i come to this taco bell where they didn’t get my order infuriatingly wrong. Wether it’s just forgetting one or two toppings on an item or completely forgetting 3 burritos? whatever, it’s fine, i’ll let it slide, but during my most recent visit they straight up creates a brand new menu item when i asked for the double steak grilled cheese burrito thing. there’s only a steak option in the menu. it had chicken. i’m sick of it, i hate chicken. honestly really it would’ve been fine normally if it had been anything else but steak is 2 dollars more expensive than chicken is and like i said straight up there is NO chicken option in the menu. (also it was the non spicy version rather than the spicy one i asked for… of course…) Honestly, just don’t go to this location. it’s more worth it to just pay extra and get your food at the mall one. they always get it wrong and the workers are so incredibly rude that it’s scary to even say anything to them. in fact save yourself time, effort and patience and go to mcdonald’s or something.

I come here all the time. It’s the locations closest to my home. Just had the most ridiculous experience. I ordered a fill up bowl. Chicken on the side. It comes out chicken in the bowl. I tell them my partner doesn’t eat chicken that I’ll take a bowl NO CHCIKEN. They bring out a bowl of just chicken. I’m frustrated at this point so I say “ no that’s not what I need. I need just the bowl, no chicken. The guy goes back in, and another employee tells him to just tell me to “ pick the chicken off”. They bring out just a bowl of mac-n-cheese, no mash potatoes. By the point I realized that I had already left so I had to go back through the drivethru for a side on potatoes.

I usually try to give a restaurant at least 3-4 shots before writing a review. So far I’ve gotten delivery from this place 10 times. I am absolutely not exaggerating when I say that I’ve had to process refunds on DoorDash for 8 out of 10 of those orders. When they’re messing your order up that much, DoorDash starts to become suspicious that you’re abusing their refund feature and stop letting you, so I had to actually call them to get it resolved!

What a disappointment! My family and I stopped in to grab dinner to take home Sunday November 20th around 3:45 we ordered an 8 piece family meal from the KFC part and I saw that the Taco Bell was featuring ” Double the beef chalupa” so I ordered one of those as well. Well I’ve enclosed pictures of the Chalupa and it has MAYBE a teaspoon amount of beef on it. To pay $3.49 cents for something with barely any meat thats supposed to have “double” is irritating. I wont even begin to describe the service from the girl working the register thats irrelevant when the food is so disappointing and you feel like you’ve just been robbed
