Evertime I go here. I get the crunch wrap thinking it will improve. But I ask for extra meat because they don’t ever give me any meat on my crunch wrap. So I order extra. But I end up getting no meat. This is ridiculous. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Brand new place and this is how they treat their customers.

I was surprised to see all the negative reviews but maybe it has to do with timing. Anyway, tldr: this was the best taco bell experience my wife and i have had in a really REALLY long time. Food wasn’t skimpy, everything was hot and fresh, employees were quick and attentive and professional. Everything was also very clean.

Best Experience Ever at TACO BELL!! I was beginning to lose interest in Taco Bell. I came back when they brought the Mexican Pizza back. Since my first time getting the Mexican Pizza again in years …each Taco Bell I go to has been down hill, each time. I was hungry, visiting the area and stopped here..OMG!! I will travel from where I live, about 45 minutes away to get the cleanliness, customer service and fresh food with GREAT PRESENTATION, (Finally looking like the commercial) To the team at this location, THANK YOU!! Literally just left this place and ordered 3 chicken soft taco supremes. They informed me they didn’t have tomatoes but I’m paying for the ingredients. I ask what they were prepared to compensate for the missing ingredients. They discounted me for not having tomatoes. Instead gave me 2 chicken soft no sour cream and 2 cinnamon twist which I didn’t ask for neither do I eat. Come on y’all do better. You are literally the only one around and judging now my experience I can see why star rating Is so low

They are always out of something but don’t tell me until after I bring up the fact that it’s missing from my order. Very slow, and it seems the employees act like it’s an inconvenience to take your order or serve you through the drive thru.
