The staff is good but the place is dirty and old. They also don’t serve iced coffee all day even though you can order it and pay for it in the app. Other Taco Bell’s in Wake county serve it all day to serve ALL customers.

By far the worst place Iv ever been. Watched one employee wipe their nose and not wash hands another handled pills and continued to make food. The employees are all miserable and hard to deal with. If you guys are reading this remember it is not my fault you are worthless, it’s your fault and I hope you go home and tell the ones depending on you that you chose to be worthless it’s sad if you don’t like your job then quit it’s very easy to be an active part of society you just have to work no one is gonna give it to you.

For taco bell this places has great customer service! They have always got my order right and it’s hot most of the time. Although my last chicken quesadilla there wasn’t the best. It comes in four piece and one of my end pieces had nothing in it.. not even cheese.

Line of cars waiting in the drive thru and no one working. At 2:30 PM on a Saturday. This is the third time this location has been unresponsive in the drive thru and I’ve left without ordering every time. At least put a sign up saying drive thru closed instead of letting everyone sit in line. Won’t be visiting this location again

Went through the drive thru and was told that the drive thru was not working and that I had to come in. Had to wait behind a customer that was being serviced but I was made to come inside. Order on the app while I was still in the parking lot and went inside and noticed 4 other families waiting on their food. One man went up and inquired about how much longer and the lady, Destiny, was very rude saying that it was only 2 people working. He stated that it had already been 20 minutes. They were very unprofessional.

When telling them to add sour cream you have to specify that you do not want the supreme. I have a tomato allergy they always do supreme. I’m sure it be the cook the drive thru person always has it correct on the screen.

Wish I could say this was the first time this has happened but oh well. Employees were literally hiding/crouching in the back. After sitting in the drive thru line for seven minutes, and no one coming on the intercom to take our order, we pulled up to the window and left, after driving away we saw them emerge from the back almost “celebrating” that their plan had worked and were then see dancing around the kitchen. C’mon guys..
