So we just need to get ready for the norm to be self-service, long wait times with poor customer service? A long with rising prices, the fabric of a better experience should come with it. Ordered to items didn’t even eat the second one. This was supposed to have been a Mexican pizza. They filled it as if it was a taco. SMH!

Fantastic location! Staff is pleasant. Tacos that are both delicious and yummy! The manager is incredibly pleasant. I ordered six supreme tacos, but when I got home, I discovered I only had five tacos. I called the business right away to report the missing food! The manager was incredibly courteous and apologized profusely. I was told to return to the store to get three complimentary tacos. I’m quite happy with the food and the service. This Taco Bell store comes highly recommended by me. Please double-check your order before you depart, just to be cautious!

I have visited this location several times. Each time my orders have been given to me incorrectly and sauces not available. They make you feel as though it’s and inconvenience to service the customer. I come to this Taco Bell because it’s close to where I live. These past visits have made me wonder if I should continue.

Messed up two crunch wraps. Asked for a refund. They said I have to come back to store and they can remake. I shouldn’t have to be on their time. Also the food should look somewhat like the pictures. Crunchwrap is sorely lacking ingredients and the tortilla was very stale, not crispy/crunchy from being grilled. Tired of this place always making the worst food. Will never go back.

Don’t expect your order to be right, or this restaurant to even try to make it right. I understand mistakes happen but when given the chance to make things right you can’t just drop the ball and have an attitude about it. Be better

Garbage service. Closer to a scam than a restaurant. If they don’t have an item that you’ve ordered online, they wont substitute it and tell you to just get a refund from the app which takes about a week for you receive in the form of multiple $5 coupons you can only use once per order. Don’t bother trying to get the rest of your food either, because they’ll pretend like you aren’t there in hopes that you just leave. Don’t worry about leaving an honest review of what happened either, because they’ll get your review removed!
