Could not find this taco bell/KFC in the app to place an online order. Could not order online exclusive items. Service and food were good and the place was clean. It could be a plus having 2 restaurants in 1 for variety of people in your group have different tastes

This was not my best Taco Bell / KFC experience. It got three soft tacos and a spicy chicken sandwich. I arrived home to find the tacos lacking in terms of stuffing. They were mostly shell. The spicy chicken was much better but it had a bit of a taste that can only be described as “old oil”. Fries were also kinda lame. Pretty crisp but almost flavorless.

Horrible food quality I order 4 crunchy tacos , 2 supreme Doritos locos tacosthat only had cheese, lettuce and meat (no pico de Gallo, or cream) , 2 burritos supremes only had beans no meat no rice barely nothing , 2 quesadillas with meat only had beans and lettuce for all this I spend 53$ I ended up missing one item. horrible horrible really regret buying at this place. The cashier was super sweet though but other staff was rude.

came up to the store and waited 30 minutes for 2 tacos and a burrito. They had 3 cars in the parking lot waiting for orders so they can save face with the drive thru clock. My food was made terrible. I have pictures but for some reason, I’m not able to upload. Contact me if you would be interested in seeing them. I asked for sauce, the woman confirmed and asked again what sauces I wanted. I got hot sauce for chicken after she had confirmed what I wanted. Store also does not offer online ordering. This store is going backwards. Time for a change in leadership.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito and two spicy potato tacos with no lettuce. The woman who took my order repeated back and it was correct. I should have checked before taking off because the tacos were covered in giant pieces of lettuce, the potatoes were basically hard rocks and there was zero sauce lol no joke. The way the food was wrapped was also horrid because everything was pretty much coming out and at the bottom of the bag which came out and went all over my passenger seat to my brand new car. I now have grease stains on my passenger seat. I scrapped all of it and also waited a total of 18 minutes in the drive thru. I should have left the line when I had a chance.

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Its been terrible my last few visits and for some reason I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt and tried again. But today was my absolute last visit there. They struggled to get my order right at the speaker, had to correct them again at the window multiple times, and guess what, they still got part of our order wrong. It can’t be that complicated. I don’t understand how anyone feels like they deserve $10-15 an hour at a fast food restaurant and can’t do something as simple as get an order right.

You can’t compare Taco Bell to real Mexican restaurant. They have good tacos with either beef, chicken or shrimp over here. They have beans and mush and whatever else they put in there. Personally I don’t eat a Taco Bell ever. Not this one in particular, but you choose on your own
