Kristina the manager was absolutely so amazing tonight! We had placed an order through the app for delivery & realized we had forgot to modify something, so we called the store in hopes we could catch it in enough time and she picked up and helped us right away! She made sure we had everything we needed and more + had our order perfectly ready to go for our driver. Cant stress enough how amazing it is to have a positive attitude on the other side of the line rather than bothered by the adjustment. So appreciative of Kristina! She will keep us coming back to this location for all future orders!

This is by far the WORST location around. Their employees are rude as well as the management. They never get orders right. And if you’re a DoorDasher, be advised: They never have the order ready and make you wait forever before even being acknowledged.

Here’s an idea. Don’t turn on Doordash if you can’t handle the orders. I should have learned my lesson the first two times, but I’ve now had three separate times where the “fast food” Doordash order took more than 90 minutes without ever getting prepared. Poor management and poor service.

Service is slow, clearly due to being understaffed. However, the staff is polite. I’m not a fan of ordering via kiosk but the we had a large order and they got everthing right. The food was good, just plan to wait and show a little grace to the folks that showed up to work.

I usually pick up mobile orders here because they almost always get everything right and there isn’t usually too long a line in the drive-thru. Because of the route I take, I usually cut through the parking lot to get here and my only complaint is the people who ignore the stop signs. Not that the restaurant has any control over that, but just a warning to be alert. I still prefer this location over the one that’s closer to me because of the speed & accuracy of orders.

I came at 11:58pm to pick up a door dash & they said it was closed & they didn’t have my order. But i knew that was a lie they probably got done cleaning up & putting food up so they probably swiped my door dash order off the screen. Didn’t like the fact that i drove 7 minutes just for them to CLOSE 2 minutes earlier then they was supposed to.

While ordering through drive through the lady who was taking our order had a horrible attitude when we were being respectful and as we were leaving the drive thru the lady goes “byeeee” in a rude and condescending tone. Would not recommend going here many other great fast food places nearby

This is our 3rd visit and the 2nd time our order is not correct. I bought these for my grandchildren. This is a brand new store‼️ I am so disappointed in this store. I will continue to travel to either the 1 in Fuquay and/or garner. Your store is 1 mile away from my house.

This is a great place for fast food tacos. I often stop here for lunch. The staff is friendly and my meal has always been correct. Don’t expect to give someone your order though. This Taco Bell is similar to others and switched to kiosks to order. There are four of them and they are pretty easy to navigate. Swipe your card and in short order you will be getting your food. I find the place to be clean, modern, and over all a decent place to grab a bite.
