Went here for breakfast, my first American fast food experience and Taco Bell experience as well. Right off the bat, the cashier told us that the food is going to be ready in half an hour, even though I came in at 9 which is regular opening hour. So I left. The second visit was more fruitful, I got the new breakfast menu which was pretty good, but I expected more from the most favourite and loved American fast food chain. Service was terrible, I have waited for 7 minutes before the cashier even came to the counter and received my order. It would have been better if they just had the breakfast menu on that touch pad machine, so I could order it without the cashier.

I’m so surprised at how nice the staff is. The staff couldn’t be kinder, and it is so appreciated. I left one star off for food because I have noticed a few times that an order will be wrong, or maybe missing an item. This is partly my own fault for not checking my order before leaving. Still will give five stars, just because the staff makes up for it. This is the place I will keep coming back to for food.

After specifically asking for sauce and napkins (as if I should actually need to ask) I have twice this week received none of my requests. The food is good but the service sucks. Whoever the Manager is should “get a grip”

Oh yes my favorite place to eat I love this taco bell but I wish they would bring that cute little Mexican dog back to the TV commercials I loved it he made me want to eat there. I love the salad the best and I wish they could have the one with the shell I loved it the best I don’t eat rice that’s the only thing they put in it I toss it out but I eat everything else. It so good

Went in at 8:58am, doors unlocked, and first worker says they open at 9:00am, which is good so I can get the kids situated. Another worker at 9:02 says “we aren’t open” and I asked why because the other guy said you are open at 9:00, and the 2nd worker said “yeah we’re open but we aren’t because we don’t have any food ready. We will be open at 9:20 to 9:30.” then just walks away.

I love Taco Bell but it is not like the top tier of the restaurant it’s good don’t knock that down it just something that you wouldn’t eat everyday only when you absolutely craving some tacos. My favorite is always a soft tacos there are pretty good then most of the other stuff I don’t eat or less when they bring out their nacho cheese fries but that’s another story.

After waiting for like 15mins (they obviously need help, give them more staff) I got this my son’s drink with somebody’s clock-in ticket in it. Never seen that before but it very much made me distrustful of the rest of their stuff. We won’t be back but I’m hoping to save someone else’s stomach.

Update 10/13/2021: I came back and there were at least 5 people working in the back. All of them just standing around talking. They saw me and just kept talking. I waited in line for over 10 minutes before I left without ordering any food.. While I was there I was also trying to ask one of the staff to move their car because it was blocking a handicap parking spot. I’ve seen this same car multiple times so I know it belongs to a staff member. I have included photos of the vehicle that was rude enough to block a needed parking spot. The management of this Taco Bell were nice enough to take the handicap sign off of the parking spot closest to the building in the front and park in it themselves too. Recently somebody had a problem getting the top on their cup and dumped their drink into the condiments and straws and had to have help from another customer. One of the managers immediately shot me a nasty look as if to blame me, without even checking to see who did it. The other manager gives me a bad attitude every time I go in there.

The skunkmeat and roadkill that filled my half eaten crunch wrap supreme was better than expected, but the problem is that I ordered and paid for 5 other items that they did not supply and refused to make. I will definitely be coming here again regardless.
