I was the only one in line and was told to pull around as the staff was struggling to make a taco. It was unclear where they wanted us to park, so we waited out front. I kid you not, 15 minutes later a worker with a concerning open wound on his arm, and who clearly needed a shower, came out with the taco and told me to “park better next time.” After all that, they still got the order wrong.

Literally the worst service EVERY single time I go here. I would drive to another state before I return back to this Taco Bell. If your job is frustrating.. GET A NEW ONE. The staff is always so rude and popping off at customers, refusing service, and they’re unclean. They look FILTHY. They refused to give me my food that I had already paid for on the app. Then threatened to call the police on me. Ofc she didn’t have a name tag on because this seems to be the theme. Avoid at all cost tbh. Hateful and nasty.

One of the worst Taco Bell’s in Greensboro. I’ve been here twice. Got food poisoning the first time and the second time was about 6 months later. The 2nd occasion I ordered and #2. They didn’t have baja blast or Pepsi which is ridiculous in itself. But I ordered supremes and every taco was not a supreme. They definitely upcharged me for the supremes though.

This Taco bell has problem following recipe’s. We are vegetarian ordered cheese quesadilla with extra jalapeno sauce and beans. There was absolutely no sauce!. In hard taco ordered add tomato’s for .60cents only five small pieces of tomato’s. This is second time it happened in two weeks. They just gave us tacos for that was missing ingredient and still the same. Don’t want to call and complain again waste of time.

Fast like most taco bells. Made sure the whole order was correct before leaving and it was except when I got home I noticed the quesadilla I ordered had little to no filling inside. Super bummed 🙁 The first real food I’ve been able to eat since my wisdom teeth surgery and its barely anything at all.

I ordered 2 soft/2 hard tacos and a Nacho Bell Grande. I received 2 hard tacos, and double decker taco, a burrito, and a quesadilla. I checked to see what was on the quesadilla discovering an eyelash in which I took pictures of. I reached out to Taco Bell the manager Rebecca proceeded to blame Grubhub several time as if they’re the ones preparing the order. I will contact corporate office tomorrow as this is my 2nd time going thru this with this establishment. The first time it took about an hour and 45 minutes to receive my cold tacos.

Taco Bell on W. Market St., Only rate for one star, just to make the review. Places my drive thru order @ 1:30- 1:40. Everything went well. Pulled around. Ate my one burrito & had 1 drink. Pulled back around to window @ 1:53, only to get a re-order for my drink or ice water. Drive- thru closes at 2 am. Parked at speaker fo 7 minutes. No answer. Then they turned the lights off. Pulled to window. No response. Heard customer rep. clearly speak, “he needs to get the “f” on. She finally opened the window. Gave me an iced water. But was previously rude for customer service.
