I got a Crunch Wrap Supreme. It only had a couple of crumbs of meat in the wrap. I didn’t even eat the wrap since it was just sour cream and cheese. I would recommend looking at your food before leaving the restaurant.

Very clean venue what is the best kept Taco Bell’s I’ve ever seen but we did try to do an online order and got little to no help and a attitude from the girl behind the drive-through. She stated it would be 15 to 20 minutes before they would even make the order, if we ordered it online, so we tried to order at the window, and of course the selections that we wanted were only available online, what a miss managed bad train, poor executed point sale. Please order ahead of time. If you’re using the online app and be prepared for a little bit of attitude from the drive-through girl other than that I trust is Taco Bell at least with my food everything was correct

This place used to be such a good restaurant to go to as it was close to my home and I didn’t have to drive all the way to the one on Cotton Grove Rd. However, the last several times I have visited (tonight being one of them), my order has been incorrect; getting items I did not order, items not made correctly or half of the order is missing from the bag! During my visit tonight I ordered two soft tacos no lettuce, extra meat and cheese.. they only gave me one in the bag that when I went in to get the second one, they just threw it together.

No one acknowledges you when you come in, you have to order on a screen and then stand around waiting for someone to see you. They are incredibly slow when making food. The employees seem to ALWAYS have family waiting around inside. On this particular occasion we waited for 20 mins for our order, 15 mins to get buzzed into the bathroom cause apparently now you need an escort. The lobby was trashed, the tables were dirty…the bathroom was nasty, 2 female employees were in the bathroom together for a long time while the drive thru line backed up. I hate this Taco Bell. I wish the other one was open again. The employees seem more concerned with their family and friends and giving out free food. Watched an employee go back make up some food and then hand it off to their family member several times while we waited for our food. I will say this not all the employees need training two of them worked hard to try and keep everything running while several looked dazed and confused sipping on their drinks watching the two work. They need hella re training. And find some more employees willing to work….this taco bell should of been the one shut down..

The food is fine. The service is terrible. Never order delivery from this place. They forget something every time, and you have to contact Taco Bell customer service to get your money back. 4 out of the last 4 orders have had AT LEAST one missing item; frequently more than that. They can at least claim to consistently inaccurate with their orders.

My order has been wrong a lot, but this time they gave me hot coffee and I kindly let them know I got iced coffee. They dumped it I to a little ice so now I have luke warm watered down coffee with no ice. Also my food was covered in beans.

This Taco Bell sucks. We ordered 2 soft tacos and a nacho Belgrande.. And an order of nachos, with any extra cup of cheese. Didn’t get the Belgrande right, didn’t put the nachos in or the extra cup of cheese we asked for.. Tacos were cold. Called the store, they were rude to say the least. Won’t be returning and will be telling people about our experience

My family and myself came in to eat first thing they said to us is we have to use the kiosk to order. There was no other customers inside and I felt shoved to the side. So much for customer service.
